Do you eat 3 meals a day plus snacks in between?
Do You wake up hungry daily and can't wait to have breakfast - quick?
Is your stomach grumbling when you wake up and even before bedtime?
If that's the case you are stuck in the carbohydrate sugar-burning metabolism, which makes you food addicted and eventually will bring on multiple ailments while making you overweight, sluggish, and low-energy.
The truth is: The whole 3 meals a day narrative and snacking in between meals is a purposely concocted model by the food and pharma industry to sell more food and drugs to then aid your illnesses that the processed grain and sugar-laden foods contain cause.
None of this is good news or good for your health and longevity.
The reality and how we are meant to eat is much different:
The body needs time to heal and recover. Our cells need time to rebuild and remove toxins from the body. If you are eating all day long your body doesn't have the time or ability to clean the mess these inflammatory foods have flooded your system.
That is why we should not eat breakfast at all, to allow the body time to heal and clean. That's called fasting, which also, if done properly, greatly aids weight loss, boosts your immune system, and keeps you strong and healthy.
This is where Intermittent Fasting comes into play and it's a fabulous method to regain control over your hunger and when you want to eat, rather than HAVING to desperately eat at certain times, or face an energy crash.
That's only achievable by becoming a "lean fat-burning machine!"
How do you achieve that?
Simple.
You must transition your metabolism from sugar and carb-burning to fat-burning by switching to the Keto or Carnivore Diet!
