Poch should not be sacked. This is his first season at Chelsea and he's managing an inexperienced and new squad. He should be given time untill 2024-25 mid season. That should be the fixed deadline for him. If he doesn't show any improvement till then, he should be sacked.
To be honest, even I was highly against him continuing as Chelsea manager after the 4-1 loss to Liverpool and 4-2 loss at home to Wolves at home earlier this month. But upturn in results in recent times has been built upon the team playing more freely and looking in more unity than at any point in this campaign. Coming to the game yesterday, i don't think so the team played that bad today, it's just that the stroke of bad luck struck them at the worst time possible so nothing much can be done on it. No point sacking Poch unless Stewart and Winstanly are to follow him out of the door. Poch was hired on their reccomendation and most of the recruitment happened on their strategy. Sacking Poch will only result in going in circles.

And we can’t spend anymore due to FFP. Poch inherited this problem even though he’s been trash. Need a manager to make this a half decent side, so that a good manager will actually look at this seriously and want to take over. So don’t know if you can even sack Poch.
