Type 3 : vlaamse frieten (flemish fries) those are ALWAYS made from fresh potato, sliced and baked on the spot.. (non refrigerated) and nice and thick.. so they actually still have some potato taste.. the best kind of fries. Oh and ofcourse I want mayonaise with it.. no no no frietsaus and no not that disguisting yellowish "american frietsaus" proper belgium mayonaise, if you absolutely want something else : some peanutsauce or beef stew sauce is allowed too.
