I'm 27 I feel the anxiety. It was hard enough to get the first set. I clench my jaw naturally and grind my teeth I'm so worried I'm going to demolish them.
It’s a genuine concern , we make dentures all the time for people who loose , break, and misplace them. If it’s a genuine fear you have, we definitely recommend , budgeting and seeing if you can afford a 2nd denture to have as a spare incase the worse was to happen (touch wood ) Thank you for watching and supporting the videos .
In particular cases, for heavy grinders, there can be a few options to help the dentures last longer. These options can include -more durable teeth which are made from a much hard acrylic than the normal sets of teeth used in dentures -metal onlays on molar teeth to give more protection -chrome dentures with metal pads to allow metal contact as opposed to acrylic contact . We would recommend exploring further options that your standard denture to see if there’s something more than can be done to assist.

Absolutely. Dentures are made to be in a wet environment . So storing in water is ok. Also storing dry is ok although this is the 2nd best option . One thing to avoid is storing in a damp environment , so a wet tissue, as this can only lead to mould .
@@thedenturecliniccanberra4968 thank so much you have help me alot because a tooth in in mouth shaking an may fall out anything that's why I took the denture off an when it has fallen u let the gum cure an go by the dentist to add a tooth thank you
We have great materials that we keep the public from getting! That way we can screw you out of more money! Had your denture been made correctly to begin with, it wouldn’t break. It’s a racket of the first degree. ‘Aww, you have no teeth? For say…$1500 I’ll make you some! No money? You’re screwed!’
