I have found both anxiety and migraines make me have to pee frequently. I have been treating the anxiety with vitamin D 3 and B1 and it’s helped a lot. Also stay away from too much carbs and sugar. If you have certain issues that can cause you to pee a lot too.

I pee at night every hour so I don't get a good sleep. Lately now I'm starting to have urges to go during the day and hardly a trickle comes out. I noticed this change after an unusual hard workout and now I feel like I need to empty but just a little comes out, I'm worried that Im going to get a blockage and wont be able to pee then I will land in the hospital.

In my case this is exactly what happened to me but im really scared to go to doctors. It started off normal i went to the bathroom peed then after 1min(before i even left the bathroom) i wanted to pee again then i want to pee again i peed like five time and not much of that fluid came out so now it hurts and i want to pee consently. So doctor if you know anything at home that can help me please help me out. And this is not the first time.

Perhaps you guys should try some intermittent fasting. I do this once a week and for me it really can reset things. Give those organs a break from all the processing. It is harmless to try.

My doctor said to me that my bladder is not emptying completly and the urine id going back to kidneys( hydronephrosis)..I have taken medicines in last 3 month of over active bladder syndrome, but it relax me just during medication..now All the synptoms have come out again like frequent urination in day and also 2 to 3 times at night..lower back and front pain also on the sides of belly.. I’m 15 years old, I’ve been feeling like this for a week almost. I’ve been drinking cranberry juice and water (also I don’t smoke or anything like that). But I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong. Sometimes I will pee a lot. But sometimes I still feel like I have to go. I’ll stand at the toilet for like 5-10 extra minutes just to see if any extra comes out. And has i am typing this I’m sitting on the toilet right now. My mom thinks it’s possibly a UTI so I just started taking zinc but I’m not so sure, it could be anything. And I NEED this feeling to go away fast.

I've had 3 kidney and bladder surgeries to remove stones. Now when I pee it comes out in a spray in different directions..not straight out. I have to pee in a jug. My urologist went inside of my penis and did a kind of mini surgery in her office. Worked great for a couple of weeks but now it's coming back. What could be wrong? Scar tissue from the surgeries maybe? It will probable get so bad that I'll have to go to the ER as I will not be able to pee a drop. I believe the surgeries did me in with a stent. I have an enlarged prostate but was able to pee just fine before the surgeries.

Try keeping your feets submerged in tap water for about10-15min ... according to me and ny experience it usually happens when you are exposed to the harsh sunlight for too long which increases body heat ..try this it works for me...btw if you are from india then most probably this is the case...but if you feel it too frequently try visiting doctor

Can someone please help me im just 18yo and im having to pee very frequently but only 150-200ml comes out in each trip also i alot of times feel rumble and discomfort in my stomach mostly on the upper side. After surgery i have to pee but little comes out. It hurts but i guess its the medication they gave me. Takes 24hrs to get back to normal. Its hurts but i guess i have to suffer just had my surgery couple hrs now. Wish the doctor would tell me this would happen.

Yeah, those are certainly possibilities. But surgery can also push a person more catabolic and that can lower urine pH. So if it continues, checking your urine pH when you get back home could help you figure things out. Hope your recover goes well.

my bladder has atrophied after many years of being profession driver I had a Turp procedure and still hardly anything comes out.. I was sent for an MRI and was told I have Neurogenic Bladder.. my brain is not telling my bladder what to do?? One question for you doctor, l pee all day long, like every minute and l pee only little bit, l done urine test pH, on test is says that normal urine pH is 5-8ph and mine pH is 8, so it means it’s normal like whole urine test, what should l do?

I already went to the doctor they said everything perfectly fine they did a test on me and said everything normal they even made me pee in a cup and said everything fine but still a little pee comes out there no pain at all tho? You know why

Hi Benji, It could be related. But when you check your urine pH, if it's real low, that acidify may be irritating the bladder and making it want to push that out, but if your urine ph is high, that could be a sign that you're peeing out too much calcium and possibly creating kidney stones. Just a possibility. It could also have to do with the amount of water you're drinking if you're not drinking much.

I had to go pee and when I went pee it was clear and only I small bit came out then I went backed to bed and right as I lay down I have to go pee this wen on from 12:00-10:00
