When I was 8 Years old I was diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, a learning disability and Tourette Syndrome causing nervous and uncontrollable ticks.
I share this with you today because behind this Strong, Confident, Athletic person you see on social media, I to struggled with hardship and insecurities but I never let that define me or stop me from becoming the Greatest Version of myself!
I’ve always struggled with telling people this story about myself as I carried a sense shame and embarrassment.
I also never wanted anyone feeling sorry for me.
Ive now come to realized I have a duty to help and inspire people with my journey by providing the tools and resources I’ve been given to overcome all the obstacles in my path.
