I needed to see this. Rehabbing this for the last 10mths, and have to remember, how much ROM I've regained and strength, even though certain positions (like abduction with external rotation) still hurt. What a brutal recovery though.

Rad: What about figuring out if it's a SLAP problem - OR - a Bicep tenodesis? Do you have a clip for the latter?

@@UnityGymOnline It would really help. A guy was relating that after trying to deal with shoulder impingement, he didn’t realize that his issue was the biceps tendonesis. Maybe a diagnosis would be a good idea?

I thought i had a slap tear but after rehabbing for slap tear for a couple months i still didn’t get better so i decided to do a mra(mri but with contrast injected to the shoulder joint) and it turns out i didn’t have a slap tear. i now suspect that i have tennis elbow but also not sure, so i want to ask if you have a tennis elbow rehab program that would get me better in no time

Mine doesn't hurt during lifts. But after I have this little throbbing pain right on the injury spot. Here I thought I was almost healed 11 months later.

@@UnityGymOnline I just now saw it. I'm going to start ASAP because the last thing I want is to have surgery on this shoulder. How many days a week do you recommend doing the exercises?

@@lysbingham5592 The exercise I prescribe can be done daily. There's more to it than just the scapular activation and rotator cuff drills though, but the exercises you see on my RU-vid videos can be done daily.

@@UnityGymOnline I saw a video you posted with exercises you do with a med ball, cables, and on a stability ball. I'm doing those today. I thought I was healed since I got injured last Sept and I got released from PT this June. So I started training shoulders again but this past week I stopped because I was having a light throbbing pain where the injury was and it scared me. The pain stopped after doing stim, ice and heat. Now I want to start your exercises but I'm not sure if I should lay off training shoulders for a while and only do your exercises? Do you recommend laying off training for a while again to do more rehab?

So baseline pain should not be more the next day after a session at gym. But some discomfort during workout as I train is normal? If it is worse baseline pain the next day then I’ve over done it and I need to cut back?

I have experienced pain for 5 months after starting rehab but when I was strong enough to do active hanging and mid, upper back strengthening the pain started to go away
