it simple math really... but also you must be proficient in using single kettlebell training before you move on to double so of course there is an incredibly powerful place for single kettlebell training but if you're going for overall strength and Mass double is where it's at for the whole body

I can press 20kg but never in life 40kg 😂 I bought another 20kg pretty much because of you I knew it before but your channel gave me motivation to do so 👍 With doubles it's super hard on my chest and especially lungs

Have just bought my second 8kg bell - was on sale. I find the bi lateral workouts challenging but satisfying. Love suitcase swings, C+press, hi pulls, snatches not so much!!! Hello from Oz..

alan thrall, adriel mayes and you each have some of the best quads ive ever seen developed and you all praise the double rack kettlebell front squat. it only makes sense if someones goals are a strong core, posterior chain and legs.

@@kettlebellmusclegain nice. That’s makes me feel better about using 16s a lot lately for high volume complexes despite the fact that I can press 24s comfortably. The macho side of me felt like that was moving backward in a way but I’d have never finished the workouts with more weight.

What about cross body stabilization? I know you simplified your thesis to building muscle mass as we can see in the title of the video. But what about the other benefits of single kettlebell usage? Or the disadvantages of double kettlebell, such as double the price?

Not a difference for the arms the legs yes because you're now doing them together the isolation is only different outcome when you don't do twice as many reps.

2 arm kb work is when it goes from regular to super hard and I always drop weight for those workouts. In fact I have been avoiding them for years haha

My impression of KB training is it builds muscle because of the high volume. Half the time it's like German Volume Training for naturals.

. Volume helps if people arent resting like sport style . But overall there's a signal to the body to build legs and torso for all the work needed overhead without help getting it there.

You might build full body muscle faster but you lose out on a whole host of core, and strength benefits from instability from unilateral training.

KETTLEBELLS being not connected to each other like a barbell, there is still plenty of core and instability work sometimes more options. Think of one racked bell, and one overhead squat at the same time . But yes I recommend doing singles as well.
