You can influence it, but highly unlikely to go from insecure to secure. It's all a spectrum. Ultimately, these things are hard-wired. E. g. you can work on yourself, become more secure, succeed in life, career, dating... you will feel better about yourself. Doesn't mean you don't still need validation if e. g. you're anxious. You just have less need of it since everything is going your way. The goal isn't to change your attachment style, the goal is to control your style as much as possible and be mindful of it.
