In my opinion, the first half of Chapter 3 was good until Donald Mustard retired. Epic Games did a really good job teasing and building up to the upcoming Chapter.

Personally, I really liked Chapter 3 as a whole because there were constant map changes literally the entire chapter, even in CH3 S4

first two seasons in chapter 3 are so memorable for me, i miss those times so much

Every Season comprised of memorable features. Season 1: Web Shooters Season 2: Zero Builds Season 3: kamehameha Season 4: Goo Gun

It’s my number 1 favorite season because I had actual fun playing it and I really miss those fun times in Fortnite

I think my most favorite part about Chapter 3, was the glitches with the tires. That was absolutely fun and hilarious to see The Giant Statue fall down and break the servers. Or just getting absolutely flung by the Gas Station Signs with the tires 😂

I think chapter 3 and 4 were supposed to be combined into one chapter before Donald mustard retired and before they released unreal engine 5. This would’ve been the greatest chapter of all time if that happened

Tbh Fortnite hasn’t been the same since Donald mustard retried and the team decided to not invest in their live events as much anymore which is quite sad as that where the charm of Fortnite really blew up in my opinion

I really like some of the editing done like when you were listing the poi’s and there was just the emoji saying ALRIGHT! every time😂 Anyway personally my thoughts on chapter 3 season 1 are that it was genuinely an S tier season I remember looking at the trailer for the first time after it was leaked and I was absolutely hyped! Especially since I really didn’t like chapter 2 season 7 or 8 so this was going to be a refresher for sure I loved the snow biome and how it constantly changed and the map overall was really nice, tilted is always a W, klombo was amazing, spider,an web shooters were probably the best item of all time imo, I had been waiting for weather forever, and overall the game was just really really fun that season but personally even though the season was S tier I think I prefer chapter 4 season 1 and I think chapter 5 season 1 is tied with chapter 3 season 1 I just love season 1’s lol

Nobody talks about the intro for the season. We wake up on an island with the battlepass characters and sit down to hear a speech from the foundation. I immediately knew this was a once in a lifetime experience. This season was the best season of all time and didn’t have a single flaw. Good battlepass, Good map, Good new features, Good winterfest. If they introduced zerobuild that season I would actually have kissed everyone at epic. Idc about returning to chapter 2 at this point. Just give me this again

Chapter 3 Season 1 is one of my fav seasons oat. I was never disapointed with any of the updates, it was all just so perfect. I miss the vibes of playing with my friends during christmas 2021 and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Also Spider-man is a collab I've always wanted

Chapter 3 was my favorite season of all time and my opinion is the reason we have favorite seasons is because not what the season was but the memories we made from it. If you constantly died in C2S2 then you would've said it sucked. But if you had great memories from C2S6 then you would say thats your favorite season. Thanks for reading all of this ❤

This was honestly my favourite season

I started in chapter 2, session 6, and chapter 3 was the first new chapter i got to experience, and i played it almost every day it was the first (and last) season i got to level 300

I really enjoyed chapter 3 for the first season but then season 2 and 3 happened and I stopped playing, then got hooked back into the game when season4 came out because of how fun and creative it was.

ever since fortnite got unreal engine 5, it all went downhill. we missed out on the map having wilds and mega city, and instead we got a bit of a debunk. vibin and paradise was good but was so clearly rushed

I think C3S1 was very good for exploring the Chapter 3 map and new mechanics but it kinda felt similarly to C2S1 where after getting too used to the map , it started feeling mediocre. I think C3S2 was a little bit better than C3S1 (perhaps because of the sprinting mechanic?)

I appreciate this video, and ill probably make one similar eventually. As someone who is not very nostalgic of early chapter 1, the first half of chapter 3 was my favorite. For all the build up, story, updates and collabs that didnt feel so corporate (chapter 5 really pushed that). I really miss all that Could you believe some people didnt want sprinting and mantling in the OG season? Like they hate anything they havent tried. Anyway, i can honestly say i LOVED (not just liked) fortnite from C2S8 to C3S3. Very hit or miss now

This might be a hot take but I think chapter 3 had the best map in Fortnite. It kept the vibes and some of the POIs from chapter 1, and fixed the biggest problem with chapter 2: lack of biomes. None of the biomes from C2 stuck around, and it was always the middle of the map that got the attention. Also it still had stylization. Since Donald Mustard left, Fortnite became a testing ground for the capabilities of UE5, which means it’s more like COD than Fortnite now with ultra-realistic graphics and first-person modes.

The mk7 was not the first true red dot assault rifle. That was the scoped AR. but that one fired much slower and was considerably weaker than the mk7

9/10 season tbh, had possibly my most consistent gameplan and drop spot in any season ever, it was the first time i bought the battlepass and honestly the best one for chapter 3, map was peak, command cavern and greasy grove were fire, web shooters were best mobility ever, wild weeks at end of season were goated. it was my first time properly grinding fortnite and the only season i got 10 crown wins. spray meta was great for controller players like me, shotguns and snipers were ablsolutely mid and the story was slow tbh. after this season the chapter fell off season 2 wasn't that bad but the map changes weren't great, (first saw the map on ur channel and left a comment on the lack of changes) but i liked the story, siege cannons, the collider and the event and a most other things, but season 3 was garbage the only good part was the reality biome, summer event underdelivered especially with the leaked features that just didn't reurn as well as the removal of klombo from the files they managed to pick it up a bit at the end with the hyperbloom reality tree and dragon ball, season 4 was just straight mid, not good, not terrible but had the worst live event ever especially after collison which basically concluded donald mustard's time as creative director at epic, story line has never recovered btw and then we got chapter 4 in which i stopped playing fortnite regularly. tl;dr Season 1 is good, chapter fell off after, donald mustard left, then in chapter 4 i stopped playing.

Personally I liked the finale event. It wasn’t fun, but they’re not meant to be fun, they’re meant to look cool. I don’t think you all realize that. And the Big Bang was the best event Personally.

Ch1-ch3 were peak after that ch4 and ch5 are just not good I kinda thought ch5 was better than ch4 but now I think ch5 is worse than ch4 and also ch1-ch3 were peak but ch4 and ch5 are really not good ch5 feels like a different game ch5 s1 and ch5 s3 are the best seasons in ch5 ch5 s4 should be really good as it will be a Marvel season meaning we've gone from fighting the Society, to fighting Zeus and maybe the Olympians as Pandora's box unleashed, to an Apocalypse, to another Marvel season and it might be all because of Pandora's box Reload feels like Fortnite and Fortnite OG felt like Fortnite Reload and OG are better than ch5 as ch5 has done some very bad things let me explain all the bad things it's done number 1 changing the movement when no one asked, number 2 changing the locker UI when no one, number 3 removing cosmetic rarities when no one asked (you're starting to see a common theme here), number 4 removing the mythics of a season to replace them with collab mythics number 5 bullet drop when no asked for it I just don't get what Fortnite is doing with ch5 heck even in OG one bad thing because age ratings on cosmetics OG is one of my favorite seasons but age ratings should not have been added and the community complained so much about the age ratings on cosmetics that Fortnite made 2 tweets about it and the 2nd tweet was Fortnite finally listening to the complaints as in ch5 only a few cosmetics now have a few age ratings the only good thing about ch5 is the Metaverse as it brought Reload but I just hope that Fortnite put the Metaverse as a side focus Fortnite is starting to remove its identity I understand why Donald left now but ch5 does not have all bad things as it has good things like ch5 s1, ch5 s3, and most likely ch5 s4, the TMNT collab, the Pirates of the Caribbean collab tomorrow, Reload, and Magneto and the Summer events are getting worse and worse but hey I'm not ungrateful I respect the Fortnite community I respect the Epic Games developers I'm actually grateful that there even is a ch5 I'm grateful there is a story in ch5 and the story in ch5 is so good as it gets better and better who knows maybe soon Charlie Wen will understand the magic of the game Donald has talked about at least I hope he does as he is already doing a really good job with the story I just hope we can get good holiday events like we used to and return of actual story live events I hope Charlie Wen and Epic Games can make ch6 better by solving the issues of ch5 ch6 is a fresh new beginning for Epic Games and Charlie Wen to start with fixing the issues Fortnite has had since Donald left to keep this game alive look we only have 2 more seasons of ch5 before we move into the next as next season and the season after which will be 2 really fun and really good seasons most likely as the 2nd Marvel season may and will hopefully be really good like the last one and the season after is ch5 s5 aka ch2 OG after ch2 OG will be ch6 all of this I like that in ch5 we have been getting mini live events that are story related at the end of each season and this season and next season should be no different as they should have mini live events everything I said all this nicely because I really respect all the hard work Epic Games have put in to ch5 and just Fortnite itself I really respect this Fortnite community a lot
