Ghana needs to develop that basic expertise/skill to run Ayalolo Bus Service which is basically modernized tro-tro service before starting to talk about "integrated transport plan". Ghana as it is now has not even started crawling much less walking. Ghana is stuck in a time warp.
Tema Mpakadan was placed in conjunction with the the government of Burkina Faso before the coup. Now that that part of the section linking the northern boarder to the southern port has been halted because of the sudden change of government, it's been shifted to completing the national railway project. Targeting the where the natural resources are, major mining regions, timber areas etc... but i do agree though that theres so much to consider when it comes to the progress of this country
This is a silly discussion, when Ghana still builds roads with open gutters and virtually no pavements for pedestrians, and with parts of Accra gets flooded and with large parts of Accra looking like a slum, fit only for slum clearance and rebuilt with proper organized planning with designated parks and urban tree planting for livability and now discussing turns to" integrated transport planning "? with no evidence of Ghanaian capacity to do planning. I suppose we can always get in the Chines to do it for us.
