If you want to BUY this car, go here: www.ebay.com/itm/264273871802 Here is the video I mentioned of painting the interior of the car black • Interior color change ...
I have been obsessing about this car for awhile and I have finally purchased one. 2012 CTS V 8600 miles, just waiting to get it shipped from Oregon to Cincinnati :D
I love the coupe as well I have one but it's just a performance. I have been hooked on the wagon ever since I was delivering pizza back in college and one my regulars had one and let me go for a ride along.
Thank you for buying that Rolls Royce so the YT algorithm would chuck you into my suggestions while I was watching one of Hoovies videos, otherwise I wouldn't have stumbled upon your stuff. Love the channel, keep up the good work!
i own a 09 V manual, and a 12 3.6 awd premium. i thought i was the only one who picked and move pieces to create a special cadillac interrior. Awsome cars sir, enjoi your V2's
Thats honestly pretty cool, my dad has a 2011 cts (not the v) but this cts v wagon is dream car aswell. I hope one day i can gift him one of theses, he is my biggest role model i have and he is a great man
I just bought my second one! I got my first black diamond, manual, recaro, ultraview, suede, black wheels, yellow calipers. Sept 4 2015. I just bought a Mocha Steel metallic, with 81k miles - it’s also a manual recaro, ultrvaiew, black wheels and yellow calipers! Cadillacs CTSV wagon life x2!
They are beautiful cars. If I was in a better spot right now I’d be considering it. I just saw you standing in the Hulu show The Act. I saw the time machine first and wondered if it was yours and then they planned over to a guy in black with red suspenders and that pretty much answered my question.
Thanks for sharing Bob! Yeah those two badass wagons, i got the CTS my self, lov it myself , but i sure would lov a wagon like yours. Mine just a regular 3.0 yeah i know lol Some day ill get its big badass BROTHER!!
New front emblem is sick. Old one looks dated sitting next to the new one. Good call. Also so correct on the all black interior vs that two tone stuff they do. They pull that same card on the Escalade, looks silly. Nice work man.
christ alive man. I typically do a good job of acting like I'm not impressed when I totally am, but.. holy shit I can't contain it. Mucho props Videobob
Not sure exactly how much you sold it for but if it is based off your ebay auction price there is a 20% markup. I emailed them and asked to come down some cause I am very interested.
Great Great video, I just bought a 2012 cadillac Sport Wagon 3.6L v6. My dream car is what u have. The 3.6L is fast, but definitely want to get my hands on a v!
The Act? I mean this in the most inquisitive way possible...what role did you play? I watched the series, loved it actually. Being from Louisiana, I was fascinated by the story, considering they were from this area. I'm going through the episodes in my head, but i can't recall your character.
Used to own a 2012 CTS-V and now a 2016 CTS-V ( Waiting to see what the CT5-V will unleash ) ! 👍👍😉 These cars are soo underrated , its not even funny !
Boy those CTS-V wagons are going to be worth a lot of money in a few years specially with the manual trans . I have a 2011 ctsv sedan with the manual trans with 12k miles I rarely drive it I knew its going to be worth some bucks in the future since only about 1500 CTS-Vs were equipped with the manual trans
yes your right Bob we do! were lucky there . they are cool , truthfully your not a true kiwi till you've had an aussie ute ! ford or holden i have an HQ . its wicked . don't think the HSV build quality is as supreme as the caddy though . the FG 5.0 supercharged FPV Falcon may be though . love that thing . shame they killed the production of the aussie big bangers . real shame .
Belt and suspenders has been used to describe cautious bankers who demand loan policies be very strictly adhered to. More generally - as the use of both a belt and suspenders to hold up one's pants implies - it can mean having redundant safety procedures in place to eliminate all risk.
bogarting all the cool man, you cannot find a ctsv in ontraio with ecent milage, the last one i looked at had 120 000 kms and been drivin harder than the work truck thats hit 500 000, backed of a new challenger to track down one so im keepin my eye out on a base cts wagon so i dont blow the budget, keep up the solid work man,
This blew me away. I have always loved the CTSV. I am more of a coupe guy, but respect for owning 2 of them. I was looking the other day and was pumped the earlier models I can start to afford and if you get an old lease they still have under 50k miles. You enjoy it so much, Why not get an older Lambo, or Ferrari if you can afford it?
Now you just need a Volvo wagon 😁 love the twin V's man, I normally don't like Caddy. I think the V sedan is alright, I hate the coupes, but man those wagons are beautiful. I agree on the auto over manual, modern auto boxes are so much faster and still fun to drive and engaging.
Should have bought a manual and kept that in the garage as an investment, and just continued to drive the original one you had... Only 400-500 (I forget exactly) manual cts v wagons and even though both versions will collectable, the manual will have a much higher premium...look at the difference in murci's between the manual and auto..
I think Cadillac makes some of the nicest interiors. I've always loved the symmetrical center stacks that flow unbroken into the shifter and center console. It's just more tasteful and elegant than a lot of newer cars, many of which are very plain and boring to me, even a lot of the luxury cars that have nice materials.
I do ride in my brothers 2018 Chevy Cruze every morning on the way to work. Nothing spectacular, but I wouldn't say they are terrible. The knobs actually feel surprisingly good to turn in that particular model.
Lol man im a huge van and wagon junky ive always wanted one but yeah they have a nickname and it was given to them after a roadcourse run between a ctsv wagon and Ferrari's california ctsv is now called a ferrari killer also dubbed one of the fastest production station wagons out there one other being the mercedes e63 amg
I wonder how many folks know what a Tucker is? Or if they know it was the first car with headlights that turn with the wheels, or that it was the first car to come standard with seat belts, and that the founder was criticized over the seat belts because it made the public think the car was unsafe...
