Teachers/professors can like you, but if you don't do well enough they have to fail you. That first professor should've just let you withdraw.

The same thing happen to me in the fall semester. I was sooo devastated. I wanted to drop the class and the professor convinced me to stay. I was seeing the tutor every week and all.

Listen I am slowly getting into calculus, if I have a teacher with a thick accent I will leave. PERIOD. I can try in any other class BUT math! I hate when teachers get irritated when they have to repeat themselves, even though they say they'll be happy to repeat themselves. I pay too much to pull an attitude with me. So don't try it!

I am so sorry that you failed your math class. It was always such a drag when I failed a class, especially when it was because I just didn't get the subject matter. Math has never been my strong suit and I have failed many classes on the subject. Don't worry, though. Because I know that once you apply yourself, like you stated you will in this video, you will pass the course with flying colors. Good luck, Timaya! You CAN do this...

ugh im in basic math 2 n my professor was this v old old dude and when i would b like excuse me i dont understand can you explain is simpler and he said I dont know how to explain it any othere way! WHAAAT but ut the teacher freakin dumb i hatted that class n i failed 2 :( but I wasn't the only one most of the class failed n he even said this is the highest percentage that failed but its like WHAAT were not stupid u cant teachhhh!

Homework might be boring but with homework I was ahead of my class in all Algebra and passed the state test proficient. I even took Finance Literacy. 8 months post high school it was time to enroll in college & I forgot most of it. I was in remedial math. I took a major that didnt require math, but homework is very important.

I can't even lie, I know exactly what it feels like to fail a math class after doing all the work trying to pass. That mess be drivin me...

And I had plenty of foreign teachers for math and science in college, and I did everything in my power to drop that class quick fast and in a hurry!! But boo math doesn't appear to be your subject!! I totally understand where you coming from. I was taking trig and I failed every single test. Did ever single homework wrong. I went to all the tutoring, did all the extra credit. I really tried my best. She passed me. She passed me with a D, but I still passed. She was some what supportive. "Sorry you failed your last test, but at least you were consistent" lol

I know the feeling, Qaadir. I've failed the same math class 2 times, and its holding me back from finishing my degree. Its unfair when you have to study something that has no relevance to your degree. Keep going Qaadir, I've started at the lowest level classes too in math. You will make it, never give up. Take full charge when you know you need help.

I feel you. I failed a weather class by TWO points on my final!!!! I want to make math lesson videos to help people get back to basics and pass math classes from preschool through high school. They do just want your coins!!! Part of the college racket. You just have to learn to figure out the system, network and get your papers. Very funny!!! The way you got it off your chest made me laugh about mean nuns at Alverno College. I'm re-taking two classes for my new career, I bet I will pass them!
