Wow a double lung transplant!?? I didn't even know that was a thing? I'm really happy to hear he is doing well that's is amazing. Hope he keeps the good progress!
Bud!!! Anglers Port Marine Warsaw, Missouri Top notch and AMAZING! people I just bought a Phoenix 21 Elite and I am joining their pro staff! Amazing service. I cannot say enough about them. I was going to go with Boat WRX and then the whole debacle of them closing was a blessing for me. I found the guys at Anglers Port Marina ask for Don, Stone,Cory
Wow! What a way to start the year! Can’t believe they went out of business, still had your old boat, and your tackle organization looks about like mine! Looking forward to a great season for you in 2024.
All the best Ben, Slaw, and Mfers!! Positivi ( . Y . ) Thoughts and prayers with you and your family! My Dad is going through it, finding out the day before Thanksgiving that he'll never walk again. But we're getting through it! Keep Rippin 🎣💥
@@MillikenFishinghey. Robby here in Tex. Can you please let me know what’s a good bass lake to retire on here? What’s the lake you were just fishing with the 6 sense hybrid worm? I saw nice boat docks there. Thank you for sharing
My step dad had a double lung transplant the same time covid hit the states He was doing good but about 6 months ago they had a house fire and it caused his lungs to reject now he has to go through it all over again We have a benefit for him next weekend hoping he can get on the list and get another transplant and it goes good
Prayers for your father in law! Hope the new boat deal works out! Random thought… maybe do a boat raffle! Allow anyone interested to buy a raffle ticket, for a chance to win your old boat. With your great following, may make you more money, but it would allow someone not in the position to buy such a great boat the opportunity to own one.
Man.. you need to put whatever film you use for your waterlands on a damn camera lens cause I went from not seeing gina swimming around and then bam Gina lmao
I was torn between a falcon and a blazer, but there isn't a dealer within 13 hours on the falcon, so it was an easy choice. Be happy you're in bass boat country.
I confused. Wasn't there a video walkthrough when you bought the Caymas last year or so Sounds like it was a swap I guess for the old boat for the Caymas maybe. Not sure if it was bought why anyone would have to return it.
My old man had a Heart and Kidney transplant on August 29th this year He’s 62 and now he’s in better health that me and I’m 41 Thanks Ben and wish u the best at the classic and on the Elite series💪🏼
Keep up the great content Ben. At least you are able to get back out there and do some fishing. Is a Vexus in your future? We need to know the details.
Have you thought about tagging your fish and keeping track on they’re growth and be able to keep track of what they bit on and maybe if it was the same fish that you just caught . I know Bama bass does that but I love the content and sponsors will come and go an glad your dad is coming home praying for you and the family.
The Triton looks sweet, and i wouldnt even worry about getting a new Boat unless its required by whatever sanctioning body or Organization that your going to compete in.Less than 200 hrs is nothing on the outboard and it looks like Trailer and Boat are road and lake worthy.New Boats are crazy expensive and to be honest i dont know how some of you guys do it,but all im saying is no shame in your game if the triton has to go out and kick some butt as u know its the guy fishing that takes the W,not the rig he fishes from and your one heck of a Fisherman that can do well regardless of having whatever brand new boat to fish from.Good luck next season and prayers sent for Beckys dad.PS:How about a good ole spillin-way vid like u an Josh use to do,those were awesome.
I live in Springfield Mo and when we got both Boatwrks and Baiterks I wondered if they would survive being so close to Bass Pro. And then year I didnt know what happened when Boatwrks disappeared. Baitwrks seems to carry a lot inventory that Bass Pro doesnt so thats nice.
Praying for a speedy recovery for your Daddy-in-law. The miracles of modern medicine are just short of some Star Wars kinda stuff. Much love to ya, brother! Best of luck to you in the coming year!
You need to look at crappie brakes. I have 10 foot poles as well and as you know, they break down more than the 8’s and 6’s. The brakes kind of make the pole themselves obsolete, except for parking . It is the final straw of boat control in my opinion
Can someone explain why it’s important getting an upgraded boat every year? Seems like kayak anglers do the same thing and I can’t wrap my head around it.
I don’t think it’s necessary, but if you can afford it then why not do it anyway so you always are fishing out of the best and newest boats. I personally wouldn’t but I can see why he would
Absolutely agree for me personally, although I wish I could. But for Ben snd other professional anglers--if you have the opportunity, then you should because it's their livelihood
It depends on the angler from the reasearch i've done, I had the same question. Some may actually own the boat outright, pro anglers put a crap ton of hours on their motors, new cutting edge electronics come out yearly etc, that's one reason. Two seasons with 300+ hours each is a lot. It would take me 10yrs to put 300hrs on a boat. The main reason I found though is a lot of the boat contracts they are in, they are given the boat as basically a demo/advertising, they actually have to pay for the boat in some kind of special agreement. That's why they all put their boats up for sale at the end of the year, and if they don't sell it for X price they are reponsible for the diffeence, and they can't get their next years boat delivered until the previous boat is sold. Bradley Hallman made a video on it ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pWmCpblcOYo.html
In some cases, the boats are still owned by the dealership/bank and the pros are given a demo. The dealer will get the boat back after xx hours, end of season, or when the next model becomes available. Dealers will then sell the demo boat as a "new", unregistered unit to the first owner. Sometimes, the manufacturer helps dealer and pro navigate the process and timing and others are agreements/contracts just between dealer and pro.
I spoke to a guy earlier this year and he had a bass cat. He said that’s his 5-6 different brand of bass boat and he said the bass cat is the he Cadillac of bass boats. Man that thing was nice.
The original owner's son of basscat came to talk to our high school fishing teams down here in Alabama. Along with Hank Cherry, Steve Kennedy, and John Crews. Our 1 dealer sells basscat and they are some awesome boats. Caracal STS would be my choice. Pricey but not Ikon price.
@@MillikenFishing I hope its a great vehicle for your upcoming season! And I must say I'm stoked to hear you're going to do the pictures on your wrap after all, I was pretty disappointed when it didn't happen...💪
So they went out of business and had to take the boat back that you were in this year? Did you have the option to buy it or just "na, we gotta have it back"? Triton still looks great though! Prayers for your father in law!
Wow good for him!!!! I’m so happy for him. I’m on the same list and the odds of success aren’t good but they are the best they’ve been. They’ve only been doing transplants since 2020 so it’s still real new. But I’m ecstatic for you guys. That’s amazing news!!!
Ben . Reach out. I buy and sell late model used boats. I'll bet I can find a buyer if you don't get one from the video. Who did the glass work ? Also do you have those records and warranty information on the work ? That will be a big factor selling. Its getting scary nowadays as far as glassing is concerned .
I will also love to have the boat because I currently fish out of a Hobie kayak. I have had it for the past 3 years and have put over 3,000 hours on it. This would be a great upgrade so I can pursue my fishing career and I am sure we could come to a reasonably price.
You should do a fish off with an MFER and if they win they get to keep your boat! Or you could do a merch sale for a raffle to win you boat! Love the videos man good luck in the elite series
Damn bro feed them bass😂, they looking skinny. Video opportunities 😂. So glad to hear about your father-in-law, lost my mom the day after Thanksgiving and i know how trying times can be with parents being sick. ❤
@@ronknight7863 thanks, but she got Thanksgiving with the family and there was 0 arguing and she told my dad she had the best day and really enjoyed it
Hell, I wish I had the money, I would ask you to autograph it for me. I don't even have enough for a jon boat, lol!!! Best of luck to you with your future boat and tournaments. Hope you win it all!!!
I was listening to that FUTZ guy earlier… him wasn’t happy he was referred to as some nobody, said he’d be having a talk with you, Ben! AND ironically… he was proudly sportin’ Waterland Hat AND peepers 🤷♂️😂
@@ronknight7863 I’m going tomorrow, wanna give me a hondo for gas? I know the guy is young and that’s where the comments are derived from but come on man.. sharpen your knife. Get to fuggin work. Swindle gave the best ever sponsor speech. Futzy should go listen
Hey Ben ... Why don't you and Blauket have a 2 day, 5 fish per day limit, total weight wins NO Live Scope tournament at a lake between Mo & Tx. Winner gets $5,000 from the Loser for Wounded Warrior. I bet it would get a million views and enjoyable for both your viewerships.
Alright, hear me out, some of us poor folk would love to have a used $60,000. Maybe to give us little guys a chance you could do an MFer raffle to win the sweet Triton!!!! Also, super happy to hear about your father in law, the MFer Nation continues to pray for him!
Not gonna say I hate it for the manufacturers, the price of a new boat has gotten ridiculous. I know their prices to build has gone up but 70-80k for a bone stock boat is ridiculous for the average working man. Not to mention 90-100k once you have added accessories. Some can afford it or go way into debt for it.
@MillikenFishing I live in the area and am a fan of Vexus and the infusion. Basscat has the best gelcoaters in the area and those boats are fast af! I'm sending my thoughts up for you and your family.
Im sure whichever brand he chose will be real nice, but im curious if hes going to stay with a mercury outboard or get a yamaha, or go crazy an get a suzuki!!
