i only have 30 days before i run out of the things i need to survive, shelter warer food ect. in other words running out of money. in 30 days ill have nothing and ill be stuck in the middle of no where. soo people often suggest to get a job. this video explains why. why for me in this place and time im unable to get a job and how i think it would most likely not even help. soo this has been a video I finally have talked about enough that I ended up actually making this topic of jobs in a video.
I refuse to get a job even though I only have 30 days before i lose everything. I don't really have friends or family to back me up. I'm on my own soo when I run out of food and water and shelter then I have no where to go soo it's very serious to me.
this is a very long video. but I think I gave actually a really good amount of details about my situation and why I'm making the decision to not get a job.
I didn't talk about the economy or any of that. I have no real clue what's going on. I know rent is going up and food prices. and wages are still pretty low. talk of inflation. homeless crisis and stuff like that but I also hear alot that things aren't all that bad and we are thriving and stuff. soo it's hard to tell how it really is. all I can see is what's immediately around me. and let me tell you, it's rough out here.
anyways I hope this video informs people. the topic of me not getting a job has been a subject of much discussion and heated opinions. and for me a life altering one. soo it means alot to me and it seems to mean alot to you guys as well soo I thought id summerize everything in one single video soo people can get the full version.
anyways, I hope you learn something and enjoy the video! take care! and thank you for watching!

Yeah I just got a job to get out of homelessness and they fired me for no reason and now I have an apartment and bills and no job. It's messed up. A job is NOT INCOME SECURITY. NOT AT ALL.

@austinmesta9862 I'm sorry to hear that. I've been going through similar situation myself. Had walmart job for a bit. Fired for no reason and then now I'm basically ruined. I hope things get better for you though 🙏

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.” Paul encourages believers not to despair over temporary struggles but to focus on the eternal glory ahead.

Psalm 30:5 “Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.” This verse reassures us that sorrow is temporary; joy is promised after periods of grief.

One of the biggest problems today is the ridiculous amount of bueraucratic gymnastics you need to do to get a job. You used to be able to just walk up to someone and ask if they got a job for you, but nowadays, you need resume, interview, doctor checkup, safety course...

Traditional jobs just doesnt work for everyone, and thats fine, thou older people may not get it cuz they grow up in different times and enviroments. Once you lose a job it can be couple of months until you get a new one, its not an easy process, and that can be really stressful period where you get judged by others and also lose hope yourself. Whats important is that you dont give up and find what works for you and do that, not what others want for you to do

Same situation here. Recovered from being homeless, but not completely. Tried indeed for months, gave up on wasting the time and energy on a inconsistent objective, even got a scooter lol. Also cant forget to include the typical quick options for jobs will crush you mentally and physically, leaving no time for personal goals and shit. Seems like a way too many ppl are in this same situation: need fast money and no support... some of us don't keep trying to find options, so i hope most people watching know there are more options, and that we've got each other, as corny as that is.

Dude, I get it, working sucks. I’m 33, I’ve been working since I was 13. I watch your videos comment and like lives, and try to support you in that way. I genuinely hope you make it on RU-vid. But sometimes we have to embrace the suck, work our way up from the bottom until we get to a place where you have the funds and time to pursue your practice. You keep saying all these hypotheticals, and in reality you have no idea what can happen if you put legit effort into some form of work and most importantly do the job to the best of your ability with a smile on your face and fake it til you make it. With the skills you have you don’t have to work shitty retail or fast food. Put just a bit of time into looking for some kind of job at a shop working on shit. The RV industry is begging for techs and they pay well. I’m started at the bottom of the industry and in 8 years I’m now making 35 bucks an hour with bi weekly bonuses. IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN!!! I used to be a dope fiend and came from nothing. Yes please try to make the RU-vid work but if it doesn’t, you DONT HAVE TO DIE! You have a choice, you have to make it for yourself. I will support you any way I can and wish you the best. Love ya dude. I genuinely hope you can find your way. And one more thing, you keep acting like your the only one in your situation, and that your so much different than any one else. We are all unique in our own ways, but you are not any better or any worse than anyone. There’s tons of people that have had FAR LESS than you do, and have made it to the 1% of America. You don’t know for sure how anything will turn out, nothing is guaranteed like you make it seem. CMON BRO YOU CAN FKN DO THIS, WE ARE ROOTING FOR YOU, DIG DEEP AND FIGURE THE SHIT OUT MAN. Put your pride aside get humble and make a name for yourself.

Truly one of the best comments I've ever read. You're a real bro.
@AnthonyMLyssy

@@S20phone-l9h i appreciate that. Surely it fell on deaf ears as he still insists if this don’t work out he’d rather die or go to prison, meaning he would have to commit a pretty serious crime to go to actual prison. Which is cause for concern. But he’s young and like a lot of young people they think they’ve got it all figured out. Maybe in time he’ll be able to look back at this point in his life and realize how silly he was acting. We need contributing members of society. If you put some effort and time into finding a job you enjoy then it’s really not so bad to have to work. I love my job, I work 8-5 mon-fri, I get a few weeks of vacation every year and still have time for my hobbies outside of work. This is just another case of a kid growing up on RU-vid and seeing rich streamers do whatever the hell they want with unlimited money. Those people you see on RU-vid make up an extremely small percentage of society. The society is in a scary place right now with all these kids striving to be RU-vidrs instead of something the country they live in and themselves can mutually benefit from. With that being said, I hope he makes it. Making it big time on RU-vid is literally like winning the lotto.

@@AnthonyMLyssy it's taken me some time, but I figured him out --- no matter what you and I say to him, he will not understand it...he will not appreciate it....he will not act on it. I have tried to help many people throughout my years especially those younger than me. I've never run into this type of person as depicted in this video. He has a support system in place. He is essentially just e-begging. He has to his rock bottom for a remote chance of changing. He's definitely not worth my time anymore. I interacted with him in detail in a recent live chat --- I think the work clueless is a compliment. With no disrespect to you, I'm done with him as my focus will be on those who learn and listen. I hope we can stay in touch.

Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” This verse emphasizes that true hope comes from trusting in God, which leads to joy and peace.

It seem today jods are obsolete, i live off my bike. I haven't had a job since 2017. Its easy to live without money, its only as hard as you make it. But its just my personal subjective opinion.

Don't worry, if and when you do decide to walk off into the desert, you'll begin to figure out how to survive it. And turn into a desert survivalist. Your body will go through a fight or flight response, weather you want it to or not. And people are more kind then you think, in the bikepacking world we call them trail angels, they give us food and help us on our adventures, but be sure to be a trail angel yourself and pay it forward. Just please keep posting, it takes time, to hell with a job...

@@StrayHydraBlade Hey, thank you for your reply. Where i live we have something called A-kasse it costs something like $80 to $100 per month and they pay up to 80% of your salary for up to 2 years if you loose your job. If you quit yourself you loose the first 3 weeks of pay. Maybe something like this is available in the US too? Edit: they also provide help finding a new job and legal aid if you have been treated badly or been fired on illegal terms.

I had servers and bussers that rode bikes and scooters to work. Even if it was raining. Servers made 60ish thousand per year. No experience. And that is 30ish hours per week. I hired people and they started training that afternoon. If this isn't bringing in enough money to support yourself you need to stop making excuses and get a job. I want this to make enough money for you.

If you spent the same amount of time applying for job as you did saying how hard it is to get a job, you would have a job by now. You say you can’t find a job within a day and then 5 mins later you say you got the BK job within a day.
