"It has really just given me the chance to become a person that I never thought I could be-someone who values fitness and their health so much that they're willing to go through all of these lifestyle changes!" Come what may, I will run!!!
I love those "runner's nod" moments where you bump into fellow runners on the street, often in crappy snow or blazing heat, and you and them lock eyes and have a moment of deep understanding. Even though I'm intermediate now, it's always really inspiring to see clearly new runners out on the road, especially those who are heavy-set - Perhaps even more inspiring than seeing advanced runners, because with beginners you can understand how much more difficult the first few months are.
Hannah, I just want you to know that every time I see you here or in social media accounts I always thought that you’re such a lovely person. And then watching this video made me realize that you are you because you’re surrounded by your amazing family. Congratulations on your Boston marathon!!! 🎉
I cried when I saw your reel and I cried even more when I saw your mini-vlog!! 🥺 you have been such an inspiration. I've always admired how you handle yourself in all ways - been a subscriber since pre-australia and now that you're on your runner eraaa. so so proud of you! please keep making content because I am your biggest fan. xx
LMAO I WAS ASNWERING QUIZZES (FINISHED 3) while listening to this vlog hahaha!!! that 55:48 just flew by. As a beginner, super dami learnings!! Was contemplating about adizero boston 12 but after this, will def buy it na haha!! Thanks Hannah! Hope to see you in a race sa future!
I have stumbled across your videos probably because I also follow the same yoga channel but my goodness what a blessing, literally I have become inspired to run and your personality is so kind and eloquent. Im thankful to be guided to your knoledge and experience :) I ordered myself of the headphones ah im so exited to run outside again(i usually run on the tredmill) even if its slow.
Starting my run journey over again and this is a big help. I’m doing training as well and have strength days and run days as well. Strength 3 days a week and run 3 days a week.
My favorite part is the playlist since I do agree that SONGS that you listen into while running make all the difference. Lol please drop the link of your playlist pretty pretty pleeease, Hannah 🥺❤️✨
i loooooove listening to your voice and how you articulate things that you're the only one who can convince me to go running. I don't like anything cardio but girrrrl, i'm thinking what if i run?
I wanted to let you know that your podcasts have been incredibly healing for me during my struggles before. I was so so so so excited about your new podcast, especially now that I am a new mom. Thank you for all that you do 💕✨✨
At 27:06, I'm curious to know if the Adidas Boston 12 is comfortable enough for easy runs in case I need to slow down after a hard workout. I heard in so many reviews that the ride of the shoe is firm. I'm an enthusiast runner looking for a replacement for my Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 which is a very versatile running shoe 😁
if you're just going to cool down with it, maybe for 10-15 mins. it's perfectly fine! but i do suggest switching it out for a more comfortable shoe is you're doing beyond 20-30 mins of easy
Omgggg I've been frustrated searching what are the essentials or the best running shoes!! Idk but your video just appeared and you answered all my questions as a beginner. Starting my running era! Thank you soooo muchhhhhhh ❤️❤️❤️ -Czarinaaaaa
Wow! Doing a marathon while as young as you, just wow! You are such a strong woman, and so is your mom. Congratulations to you both! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This line did hit me because I was never into sports since I was a kid. 👉🏻"It has really just given me the chance to become the person that I thought I never could be."😭 Looooove hearing you do running as a form of worship to God. Truly, He is the reason why I can run the way I run. I just want to share that I also had ITB on my right knee for almost a month since April; thus, I had to stop running completely for 2 weeks 'cause the pain just kept getting worse the more I ran. I prayed so hard for me to be able to have fresh knees again.(Haha! The pain made me feel like I'm way too old because it has been limiting my activities.) I can't even walk for long periods. I felt stressed 'cause I know that once I stop, it's going to be like I'm back to zero in terms of building endurance. I did a lot of stretches day and night to improve my glute muscles. I finished a 10k last May despite not being fully healed. My time was of course longer than my PR ending at 1:16 but I didn't give up praying for God to take away my injury aaaaaaand He did- right before my first half marathon here in Bacolod last June 16. I stopped feeling any pain but I was still so careful not to get injured again so I finished at 2:27. I still felt so great because I only had a week's training and the best part is my injury never came back even after the race. I am now even looking forward to my next race.🤣 To God be the glory!🙌🏻

Hannah, you’ve been my inspiration ever since I started running. And now that I’m constantly showing up to my trainings and been really taking this seriously, people closest to my heart and acquaintances told me that I also inspire them to run 🥺 As a non-athletic girly, I’m grateful that I didn’t hesitate to start running because I really love running now 😭 looking forward to your next Kwentos! 🫶🏻
