Why I Sold my Audi R8 After 3 Months... 

Have fun with the 570 quirks… went from one of the most reliable sports cars to one of the least. When I bought extended warranty’s for my R8 and my RS3, the R8 was cheaper. I asked why and was told, “R8 is more reliable.” I’ve put 36k miles on mine and haven’t had a single issue. It’s been the most reliable super car ive owned even more so than the Porsche’s i’ve owned.

Your negative points about the "screen" makes me question if your old enough for a driver's license.

the r8 v10 plus is my absolute favourite car and always will be. So me personally find it as a terrorism act to sell it, i mean when i read the title i almost started crying, but when i checked its replacement i gotta say, that yellow beast gonna be fire, so congrats 🔥

No Apartments and R8's.....unless its a high rise condo. Get your property and investments FIRST before spending your cash on these cars. You will appreciate this message when you are older

R8 is a middle between supercar and discrete , its rare to see but also relatively cheap compared to similarly speced lambos, which are screamind atention

The damage from repairing the dash makes a lot of sense to me. I dismantle for work and the way they over engineered every single thing on it, you gotta take apart a million other things to get to the actual part youre fixing. They really took everything that has been working just fine forever in every other car, and changed it up and made it as difficult as possible. That way they can get more money out of you for labor time. Plus expensive cars seem to be slapped together as cheap as possible. Almost backwards of how it should be. I drive a 97 suburban because they used to put care into vehicles and make them actually last

Mclarens are like tesla's when it comes to fit and finish. Also v10 vs 3.8L v8 LOL. TERRIBLE decision. I would have kept the v10. Definitely more desirable in the long run.

I honestly feel that these are not solid reasons to have sold the R8, even Audi took responsibility to replace or fix items that they damaged. 🤔

I've owned both R8 V10 Plus and 570s. Both have their pros and cons. Overall R8 is a better car and much more reliable.

I argued with a lady some years ago about the navigation unit in an Aston Martin. She felt that it was sub par. I told her that NOBODY buys an AM and worries about the Nav. Any new car is going to need an update within a year or so anyway. It’s a goddam Aston Martin. Complaining about the car play in this beast is inane.

I expected him to say he sold it for a bigger apt than that 300 sq’ there.🤣

Ive had my 2020 R8 for 3 years now. It is my daily in the summer. There is no other supercar that you can drive everyday comfortably. The only thing Id replace it with is a 2023 just so I can have it longer because mine has 20k miles. I don’t care about the screen. I didnt get the car for that crap 😂

I'm not a Audi fan but really this is a "practical" supercar. It seems overpriced compared to Italian supercars and american wannabes. But Audi just makes it work with no compromised.
