Why do you think your skin can be fixed by diet? How about some analogies - can you fix a flat car tire by using better gasoline? Can you fix faulty firmware on a camera by using a battery grip? Does doing a rain dance that never causes rain mean you're doing the wrong dance? Genetics friend - some people are screwed by their programming no matter what fuel they run on.

I take 2-3 tablespoons of whole flax seeds, grind them in a coffee grinder, and then drink them down with water. I poo every day, sometimes twice. I found on days when I don't have the ground flax seeds I won't poo and I'll get constipated. Hopefully this helps.

Couple of oxylate dumping experts say it helps to have plenty of electrolytes. And citrate versions like magnesium citrate and potassium citrate helps remove oxalates. Ive def noticed a difference

I don't know how people can keep keto diets up. I've tried it for a few months, it worked well for my physique but maybe a month in I started to slur my words, constantly lose my train of though, etc. Decided that I'd rather be fatter than malfunctioning.

I ruined my last summer by sticking to carnivore. This summer is AMAZING because I now do fruit and honey during the day and lean meat/any fish with rice at night time. You're not enjoying this diet. You LOVE summer- don't waste it!!

Hats washed in strong detergents can cause eczema on the forehead, especially if not cotton hats. I do laundry using soda crystals and castille soap, with vinegar for conditioner for years. I also add zoflora for the extra cleaning power and fresh smell.

Digestion can take years to heal. Took me over 4 years to heal on carni and I still get constipated if i eat junk food

@@alanwiltzius4862 multiple decades of damage due to the standard diet will take years to undo. If you think otherwise, then you lack logic and reason. It isn't just the bowels that are undergoing repair during that phase. If you're talking about someone that's under 30, then yes, they are going to heal much more quickly, but they also have much less damage.

I have “similar” issues …all I can say is broccoli or other leafy thing once a day, but either way no more tummy attacks of pain and torture or other random digestive issues on this diet so I am…going with it. Love your videos man! An alternative is: Getting a few carbs, 20-30 grams. Which is not only keto, but what keto macros actually dictate. Don't do it every day, but I currently carb cycle at night, 2-3 times a week, purely for retainment of electrolytes. Seems to work quite good.

have you tried low FODMAP vegetables? Potatoes, carrots, green beans. Cooked or steamed of course! we don't want those harsh fibers to annoy the sensitive guts. Protein is great too, so is carbs as long as it is grain free. Also squatting while in the toilet help your colon move easier to get everything out.

Your theory Is not wrong, It does not matter what you eat, if cortisol Is high, intestinal movement Is halted/greatly reduced, and then problems arise. Lot of fiber is not a good idea in this situation, as there Will be more stuff stuck Inside you. But fiber itself or starch Is not the cause for constipation. I am still eating mostly starch (plus some meat), and I'm never constipated anymore, I go 20 minutes after meals, effortless and feel completely empty. Only thing that Harden my stool Is casein. Starchy carbohydrates are very good at lowering cortisol, protein tend to rise It.

High protein and meat don't give me high blood sugar spikes. It's the carbs that give me the fluctuations and Rollercoaster effect. Protein and fat doesn't affect my blood sugar.

Holy shit you are finally realizing how important salt is. Especially Celtic salt which is said to have 82 minerals. I’m old so keto keeps my mind working and keeps me out of a nursing home. if you start the morning with a cup of European strength black coffee then you will run to the bathroom like clockwork. Works every time. Triggers the movement. I'm a 10 year high fat carnivore.

Bernarr Macfadden wrote an entire book on constipation, maybe you should check it out, it's free since he died a long time ago. If I remember correctly, he said you shouldn't do enemas often because it slows down your evacuation.

Have you considered reaching out to one of the carnivore doctors on YT to see if they could troubleshoot with you? It would make for an interesting video. I am nearing 90 days carnivore in a couple weeks, and my weight loss kinda stalled after 3 weeks, so I’m with ya, you sometimes wonder if this is for me or not lol. There’s sooooo many stories of success with this way of eating so I’m trying to stay positive and trust the process. Best of luck to you, I want us all to win!

I’ve never done well with a lot of extra butter. Tried the one and two sticks of butter a day and always feel nauseous and even my guts hurt. But eating fatty meat and eggs with no extra fat I feel wonderful. I think women need the extra fat ie Butter Gal. Not men we get enough on carnivore alone. Adding the salt and electrolytes with extra magnesium and bam 💥. And I poop once to twice a day. I think you need a little more mag bro Atleast 1500 mg total a day. If still not pooping right add up to 2 grams. Some people need it. Me and my sis both need atleast 1500 mg of mag a day. And my sis ain’t even carnivore. 🙏🏻💪🏻 We feel horrible and anxious without the extra mag

Try a spoon of apple cider vinegar and a spoon of lemon juice mixed with 400ml of water in the morning, it will super charge your digestion and you wont be constipated anymore. And then about two hours later some bullet proof coffee, not the name brand stuff just get some generic mct oil and filter coffee.

People who thrive on keto long term eat keto. They eat avocados, liver, non-strachy vegetables, green juice like celery juice, berries because they are still keto, and they listen to their bodies. Eating a nauseating diet of only lard and hamhocks is technically keto too, but it isn't the heart of that way of eating and it's unjustly attacking the keto lifestyle.

I know you are trying to avoid supplements, but have you considered high dose B1 for constipation? Some people have had miracles with it after decades of chronic constipation. Sometimes taking it for a few months to restore B1 levels in every cell is enough to get everything working and the supplementation can be stopped. B1 is not an osmotic laxative like magnesium citrate. It is simply a B vitamin involved in the energy production of every cell, and most notably, cells of the gut lining and cells responsible for gut motility. To be clear, I am not suggesting to replace carnivore with B1 but to take B1 alongside carnivore.

I've suffered a lot of the same diet and have jumped around different diets as well to try and resolve it. What works the most is something not commonly talked about at all... I know your a fitness bro too so hear me our. It's a hard one. But...working out to the point where I am too sore the next day or two, like to if there was a scale from 1-10 (10 being the most sore) if I am more than a 5 or so, I will have digestive pain, flare ups, and even blood in stool. I stick to a minimal maintenance routine now, mainly yoga and cycling, and that keeps me well like no other. Yes diet plays a role. I feel best as paleo with no nuts. Grains/legumes/ beans cause me problems and nuts/seeds as well as dairy. I do well on low fiber like green veg, squash, sweet potatoes and fruit. But damn If I get too sore, I'll flare up. Even get constipated. Try taking a break for a week and see how you feel, and try a weenie maintenance routine for a while. All it takes is 1 set a week of your main compound movements and don't go to failure, like 70% max effort is all you need to maintain. You can even slowly gain if you are supper careful in your volume and intensity. I don't even try to push much now because I know the progression is addicting and its easy to do just 1 set too many or to too high of an intensity. I stay way from shit way too low of rep range stuff too, like nothing under 4-5 reps. Chronic stress is a huge contributor to digestive issues and workouts can def cause that. Even if you aren't mentally stressed from those workouts, physical stress will do it. From your friendly personal trainer and fellow wounded diet hopper. Peace man❤❤

i moved from keto/carnivore to animal based with around 65-130 grams of carbs everyday and im fine. low carb and being in a non ketogenic state is the way i guess...

So I also had an experience with rash on my face. It's been very irritating, Itchy, red... and I kept thinking what could be the problem, like I thought to myself: Probably just something that my body have to deal with. it will go away. And well YES my body had to work on something, but what was it? So I thought I'm just going to do my own research. What I have found is some interesting data from Dr. Boz, Eric Berg, and Robert Cywes, and I have found the answer to my question. It's been more than a week ago when I've reintroduced chicken heart. I love the taste of it, and so I though why not trying it out. But actually it was not because "it's chicken heart and it's tasty", but because it has some amount of carbs. (just like the liver too) It was that moment when I started eating my meal (which is chicken back with neck, and also lard) with the heart and... I felt it. It was not... terrible, but I did not like it. It's like something is happening in my stomach. So I though: Nah, enough. Not gonna eat organs again. Before I continue, I'd like to point out, that I ate around 250g of chicken heart, which contains around 0.25g of carbs. Like... DAMN low. I have realized, that I am very sensitive to carbs now and I have been on carnivore for more than 5 months. Yes, I might still be a rookie, but HEY... I'm enjoying it so far, and I have been learning a lot. So the other thing that I've found out, is rash can also happen if you are deficient of Vitamin E, A, D3 and Vitamin G (which is B2) I have been trying to be under the sun more often, but... men, the heat... it's 40 Celsius. Probably the morning would be the best time to go out, But I have recognized, that the amount of Vit. D3 I get from the sun during the day feels enough. (I might be wrong tho) Also... I know that chicken itself is not THAT nutritious like pork and red meat... but I can't afford it unfortunately. Hopefully... in the nearest future I'll be able to afford it. I love pork so much. Tastier, and more nutritious. Also... hopefully I'll be able to find the answer to the question: what should I look for now? what is the problem? I hope this gives you something. Have you tried 50,000 iu D3+ 500mg K2 daily? Sorted my skin issues. Pub med scientific paper put me onto this. Takes 2 months to kick in .

I am so glad you're feeling good. I didn't want to watch you switch your diet again, it's painful. You said before that you use charcoal soap/shampoo and that it never has bothered you, but you're changing things inside. Maybe that requires the occasional outside change, too, in order to keep in synch. My husband gets the worst rash from his own sweat, so strange. And it's bad! I finally convinced him to use a natural crystal on his trouble spots (like you, he just has areas of agony, not his whole body) He's now doing great, so this leads me to believe it's a bacteria and sensitive skin problem for him. Could bacteria live on your soap? Are you using a bar too long... wearing caps too often, using cloths that have been washed in even "natural plant-based" detergents to wash or dab your face when working out and the like??? Anyway, the crystal has been a Godsend for him.

Yeah you should just eat fun fatty meats/fish and try keep in some easy to digest veg like lettuces, cucumber and cherry tomatoes etc for more vitamins and minerals. Introduce the veg slowly to see what you can tolerate and dont give up straight away - if you get a little discomfort, give it some time for your gut to adjust. Try some peppermint tea.

Sure add some easy to digest veggies, but it's not for more vitamins, nothing you listed adds to the fatty meats/fish.

I always think back to your Thai "restaurant cleanse" & how brilliant that was. I'm currently doing the OMAD mostly carnivore with lots of non starchy vegetables. I'm thinking of adding a 30 day vodka/grain alcohol & sugar free cranberry cleanse. Any thoughts?

Hey have you looked into histamine intolerance or mast cell activation syndrome? I’ve switched away from slow cooked meats as they are high in histamine and rashes seem to be better.

something to consider, maybe it might just be better to use medical intervention for some of your digestion and skin issues. perhaps nothing you do with diet will 100% fix everything. For example, maybe just some daily miralax will solve that problem and it will allow you to maintain the diet that you want instead of having to constantly switch. Same with the skin, just maybe see a dermatologist and get a daily cream for your skin rashes and then you will be 100%. Just a few suggestions and something to consider.

I’m going Lion in a couple of days. Started the carnivore strict for the first 2 months have added too much bad things back in. Was still losing weight but now I’m looking at the big picture and general health. Will be interested if cutting out coffee makes any difference. My knee has been sore this entire 7 months

Your last statement is correct about you thinking too much AKA hypochondriac. Just chill man you are doing ok. The proven diet for longevity is essentially the Mediterranean diet accompanied with low animal products and some moderate exercise about 30 minutes per day according to most opinions.

If you listen to what you said about constipation you'll realize how close you are to figuring it out. Every diet by itself seems to lead to constipation. Did you ever think about what would happen if you mixed in a bit from every diet? (Do I have to type the answer?)
