@@craftinsanity thank you so much! I was going to purchase a new printer! I thought it was out of ink so I bought ink. Is there a way to tell what your ink levels are? I can’t see thru the bottom right side where it supposedly shows the levels. I bought the ink but it did not take much.

I tried this method and it worked for the black ink but unfortunately not for the other colors. I tried and tried resuscitating , with several attempts at cpr compressions and sadly an Epson rep gave me the news that I loss my printer 😔 but the good news is that my printer is still under warranty so they will be sending a replacement free of charge! 😃😃😃😆 If I never watched this video I probably would’ve just went and bought a new printer, so thank you so much for the information!! && if this didn’t work for you try calling epson you just might be able to get a free replacement 😄

Thank you Sweetheart. I had just gotten my Epson ET-3710 and in 3 months of minimal use...printing BLANK pages. First my computer anxiety erupted. I pulled my desk out to check all connections, pulled the plugs on printer/computer then reconnected. Still Blank. So I ordered Chicken Parm. over Spaghetti with MTN Dew. Welp, I spoke too soon. The cleaning was going well until it said "print head adjustment cancelled, there was a problem, contact Epson support." Oh well.

I got the exact same printer, unfortunatley I keep getting blank pages and I got the message that there is a problem with the print head nozzles, for details see documentation. Anyone know where to go from here? Can the nozzles be hand cleaned? thx

I did everything just as the video showed (very clear video and instructions by the way) and then I pressed print and out came a blank piece of paper!!!! So now I'm off to buy a new printer and dump the one I've got in the dustbin.

Hey you giving the correct instructions but the key thing you missing is power cleaning. The reason the printer isn't printing is because the ecotanks are empty. In order to power clean you have to shut the printer down. Once it's off press and hold the question mark(?) And the power button at the same time. Once you do that it's going ask if you wanna power clean. Click yes. Once you do this make sure you got some extra ink because this takes a lot of ink.
I have the same printer. And that never worked for me. I have always had to do a power claening.. Hold the question mark and home sign simutaniously until it starts. Uses a lot of ink.I think you have to print something every week. Or the nozzles will clog up. After drying out.
