J 10 C was actually a Failed Isrealy air craft project IAI lavy. That was sold by Israel to china during late 90s when India was supporting PLO(Yaser Arafat). That time India Israel relations were not good. So Israel sold IAI Lavi design blue prints to China and thus China developed J 10. Now PLAAF wants to get rid of J 10s. So by refurbishing and adding some new features to this old Chinese Junk , China is dumping J 10 fleets to Pakistan. Bangladesh rejected J 10 in 2008 and opted Mig 29, Turkey rejected Chinese offer in 2012. After that PLAAF stopped exhibition J 10 in air shows out side China. J 10 are all time interior to MIRAGE 2000, F 16, F18, Su 30 , Su 27, Su 35 , Mig 29 s. They can't counter Indian Rafales armed with MICA and Meteor missiles. J 10 may sustain against old F 16s Or Mig 21s . But J 10 can not counter new vesrisions of F 16V (block 70- 75). Chinese air to air missiles also have no war proven track record. But in BVR dog fights and to protect air craft from enemy SAM/AAM technology maters.And Chinese lack that accurate and precision technology. So be ware of Chinese junk. TFX will ultimately end up in PAF inventory. FC31 will, however, be flying in Pakistan air space by the end of 2026. This will definitely give Pakistan a clear edge over the Indian air force. Kaan will join PAF by 2032.

The J-31 is the export version of the J-35 which is the naval carrier version. There is no plans to export the J-20 which is the mainstay of the Chinese air force.

Even after acquiring the 5th gen fighters, pakistan still doesn't have the chance to attack india in 30 yrs, let alone pressurise india. In the meantime india will have developed its homegrown 5th generation fighters and possess the capability to develop 6th generation fighters.
