After her passing she used her ability along with the last of the cursed energy split between her and her sister to create the sword that maki uses now

Great video! The only issue is that Toji had a cursed spirit, not a shikigami. That's why Geto had the potential to absorb the spirit. Shikigami are creatures summoned with your own innate cursed energy and disappears when killed or ran out, Toji had none to begin with. Pretty close but that was the only mistake I think.

9:05 it didnt get dropped. Sukuna didnt/couldn't hurt anyone when he took control of yuji via the enchain method. He risked it and hurt yuji by tearing off a finger, and the reason it worked was because yuji didnt considered himself apart of that binding vow.

Kenpachi would thrive as a jujutsu sorcerer (him basically reincarnated into the verse, obviously he’s way too powerful for the verse). He’s all about nerfing himself for a fight, honestly he would probably add more restrictions onto himself.

There is actually a theory out there on how you can produce a heavenly restriction later in life. It would require a binding vow with one's self and the vow would have to be something along the lines of giving up all cursed energy and never using cursed energy produced by yourself again. It would not necessarily be the exact same thing as a heavenly restriction since you wouldn't be born with it but it could potentially produce similar effects due to how binding vows work.

just as an FYI, The rule that Sukuna cannot hurt or kill somebody when he takes over Yuji body was still in effect, what Yuji did not include was that impacting himself. This was EXPLICITLY stated in chapter 212.

Wow this cleared up so many questions I had after speeding through the manga when I got impatient waiting for the weekly episode drops

It’s not a Shikagami he uses but a cursed spirit, which is why Geto is able to manipulate it. Geto is not able to manipulate and absorb shikigamis, because they are more closely related to an individuals technique than to a cursed spirit. Ex. Rika is not Yutas cursed technique, she is a cursed spirit created through negative emotions who chooses to follow Yuta, if rika ever decided not to love Yuta anymore he would no longer have access to her. He would still be able to do everything he could with rika, copy abilities, or use any other cursed techniques. He just wouldn’t have access to her cursed energy or her physical manifestation anymore. Megumi is a good example of the opposite because without, the spirits are created from his cured energy and not from negative emotions, as well as we see that when Sukuna takes Megumis body all of the shikagamis get a lot stronger showing it’s directly related to his cursed energy output. However cursed spirit manipulation doesn’t provide the same buff with the cursed energy. An absorbed cursed spirit is only as strong as it was absorbed unless combined in a uzamaki or something like that

Sukana didn’t get the rule dropped by killing yuji that’s wrong. In the manga sukana says yuji didn’t consider himself a “person” to be harmed when he made the vow so it showed yuji’s little sense of self

Fell in love with Toji the moment I saw him in the anime and after reading the manga all the way up to current chapters, he quickly became my favorite anime character ever. I also found a new love for Maki too lol

I just had a realization: binding vows is like contractors in darker than black except anyone can become one in dire situations. They come with side effects no one wants but their powers are tailored to each individual. Genius 😮can’t believe it took me this long to make the connection.

Great video, but just one correction. Mai’s CT is “Contruction”. She can create ANYTHING from nothing but she has such little CE she’s limited to one bullet per day. Yorozu is the best example of the potential of the technique. Otherwise, love the channel and content and keep going strong💪🏾🤝🏾

minor note about the distinction between cursed corpses and puppets cause i didnt see anyone mention it: corpses are independent beings from the creator, puppets are inanimate objects that the user can take control of by infusing their cursed energy. yaga's corpses are all unique beings that he doesnt directly control, he just creates them. in theory they could do whatever they want. kokichi's puppets are all manually controlled or programmed.

For you vow example with overtime, I always understood it as they pay a major price for breaking the vow. So with overtime for example if he broke the vow he could briefly access 100%power but would then be permanently limited to 80%after ending the fight

JJK Manga Spoilers: I think Yuji may have a Heavenly Restriction which is why he has so much strength. It could be that he doesn't have a cursed technique or any cursed energy except that by ingesting the sukuna fingers that changed. Just like how Mahito was able to change Mechamaru's body without it conflicting with the Heavenly Restriction. And if Heavenly Restriction is something imposed on by birth, it's possible for Kenjaku to impose the heavenly restriction on Yuji's fetus as they were possessing his biological mother when Yuji was born.
