An italian craftman with 30 years of experience takes 2-3 weeks for a pair of bespoke shoes and he takes 5. It says alot.

It looks like he’s on the more “new” hipster train, so the designs and stitching are far more simplistic. Bespoke just mean handmade to a person, doesn’t mean it’s all the same quality

It’s unlikely it takes 2-3 weeks for one pair of top quality bespoke shoes, from any individual with 30 years experience. Absolutely unfeasible, although some professionals shoes fetch as high as 3-4K.

@@robertsherman9975 $3-4k is low for bespoke. And he’s not wrong saying it’s Usually at least 2-3weeks if it’s made by own shoemaker.

He’s saying that the flat manufactured leather that he lays on the cutting table is cut into shoe parts, sewn together , lasted and finished into a three dimensional work of art .
