At the top end Batman and joker should be no more powerful than small wall level. Whereas Spider-Man can catch planes, lift tanks and locomotive cars, catch sedans, and hold helicopters consistently and canonically where the writers KNOW how strong they’re making them. If you want to use bullshit scaling like you’re using for goblin he scales beyond FTL as Spider-Man dodges lasers and lighting and gets speed blitzed by goblin all the time. It’s fucking stupid.

Goblin/Osborn or heck even Hobgoblin has a higher IQ then Lex. They are both equally rich. They both study their opponents. But beyond a base Goblin, he stands a chance against a Lex Luthor in his armor. Remember, Lex creates armor made to weaken the likes of Superman, Black Adam, & other krytonitions. Gobling has also created gadgets, weapons, & suits that hes literally used to hurt the likes of Hulk and Thor. (And Remember the only way superman beats hulk is by letting the beast beat him to a pulp so he'll calm down) But...Goblin has no weaknesses. He can be mentally damaged by for example hurting Harry Osborn. But Goblin is full on crazy evil. He does not hold back whatsoever. His gadgets are not limited to pumpkin bombs and electric gloves, etc. Goblin also has suits. But yeah. Not to mention if it was just Luthor vs Osborn, Osborn wins easily. Like Spiderman and others, he has enhanced strength and practiced many martial arts.

@@JohnSmith-gz5pm Don't forget that Norman also has the Iron Patriot suit. And Lex's suits are usually weaker than Kryptonians, the only reason he can fight them is because they are equipped with Kryptonite.

But the Joker is at least more realistic and grounded, while the Green Goblin has too many fictional elements.
