A major problem is that even when a successful woman is willing to be in a relationship with a man that earns less income than herself, over time, the man begins to exhibit negative complex behaviour.

Women say this, but usually what happens is that men get tired of not being respected or appreciated as men, because their paycheck isn’t as big as his woman’s. I know a couple longtime married couples where the wife earns more. When the husband is still respected as the “man of the house”, in spite of his earnings, there’s no issue. But many people find that phrase offensive in today’s age, especially if the guy can’t afford a luxurious enough lifestyle to “deserve” it.

I’m a successful woman, and NEVR share with a man when I first meet them tell them what I do, how much I make, brag about my degrees etc. Eventually they find out (home I live in, car I drive, work I do, I’m an ER Physician) and then they start to either be jealous or look at me as a sugar momma, 😩

@chefnic4763 I'm thinking that the wounded bird is what many men are looking for. Someone to rescue and care for. But in our society men in general have failed women so we had no choice but to become strong. Sorry men but you need to adapt along with us. Many of us were abandoned by the men in our lives and made the choice to build ourselves up and never get stuck like that again. But we still need men. We need their strength. Dating with your eyes open but allowing folks to reveal themselves is a big skill to learn. We are not taught to date or be in relationships because they require specific skills and a lot of flexibility from both parties. Too many selfish and self-unaware people out here!

Men should always wait to date women if they are not where they want to be in life. For some reason these guys always want to date because they don’t want to be alone then they make the woman’s life miserable. They start to have attitudes all because they are jealous and insecure. It’s like stopping looking to date. Be alone for a while and get yourself together.

I consider myself successful. The thing I find hard about dating is I have to hire people who are predominately men. It is changing, but I deal with a lot of men on a daily basis through work. Many men at work don't treat me well. Sometimes I would run out of people to hire if i sit.ply walked away from every man in business who didnt treat me well. It's a challenge to be respected and taken seriously, and most importantly not being taken advantage of in business as a woman. Again, that is changing based on the work I've done on myself. With not being treated well it is super challenging to switch and go into dating role, where I don't need to 'fight', and where I can be feminine. I understand what you are saying, but sometimes it's easier said that done to leave the masculine energy. Sometimes I feel I need to be in my masculine energy to survive in business. It's also easier to be triggered in dating after working with men who havent treated me well. It's a tricky balance, and I hope you understand how challenging it can be for women to walk the line between masculine and feminine.

Yep, that's been my problem since I was independent @ 21. I already have the apartment & pay rent, & take care of my own life, so my new boyfriend just moves in. I'm naturally masculine so I used to be attracted to submissive guys. That's my mom's & dad's dynamic. I need to just accept it. I butt heads with jerk dominant guys. I'm a Scorpio female. We are strong and dominant in our lives and relationships.

Was talking to this guy. I told him I wanted to go to school for real estate. His whole mood change. Very very successful man not gonna lie. He asked if I wanted to be a stay at home mom. Im like nah I love my independence. I told him to get lost because we kinda got into it. or I'll get a restraining order. He told me I can't "afford one." Chuck the deuces real quick. ✌️

Thanks much Stephan for pointing this out about having quality time for each other. I used to be in that relationship dynamic that my ex and I both worked. But because the relationship was not healthy, he was always tried with work and insecure and jealous every time I got promoted and talked me down. I would look that he had those patriarchy mindset. Never mind, I am at the better situation now and will pour into my man.

Once a man sees how I live, they say, " I can't afford you," and my question is, why would you think I want to be bought? Confidence and being ok with who you are are key. I have dated men with a nice income who didn't have their stuff together and I dated a msn who was ok with his older model car and what he had. He had money in the bank with a plan and we had lots of fun. Successful women need to be humble also as stated.

There are not enough college-educated men for the number of college-educated women who exist. In almost every college, there are way more women than men enrolled. This has been the case since the '80s. So our love lives haven't played out well because there weren't enough men "in our league" to begin with.

I think successful women aim too low. Thus a string of failed relationships. But many times we don’t realize who we are. Then we “naturally” elevate in life. Next thing you know, we’re just too lit. 😂 Too accomplished. I myself am seeking someone smarter than me. With all due respect, I like your videos you’re always on point. But allow me to say this video is very disappointing the sole purpose I clicked on this video is because I am putting myself out there. I’m not hiding behind anything. Work sucks that’s a rule for all but we have to provide for ourselves and every woman situation differs some of us has no providers or provide for a parent thus work is not only an ambition but also a must. The issue is with men not us they are just too feminine and sensitive. I work I take care of my health I take care of my mama and family home and luckily I end up with plenty of free time to relax weekends are solely for family and friends I have a great work-life balance and would love to be a mother too. That’s my nature my personality I like having a combination of both work and rest, I’m not the issue men are. I met couple ones and just the other day I had to cancel an engagement because I look more radiant and healthy this dude is becoming more and more insecure of himself so now he leaves me stranded. Stops calling stops replying we have a serious arrangement that we need to talk but he’s just MIA in all of a sudden. 2 more guys before him had the same attitude. I’m no rock I’m willing to negotiate even leaving my job for a partner because I’m good with money I can manage to provide for myself in emergencies but I don’t brag I want a peaceful family life. Yet they come with that attitude and break promises. Your video has no solution for that I’m really sad to say that you’ve missed.

Because I am so successful, I only date men ABOVE my level. I don’t want to make more money than my partner so I only date wealthy men. I haven’t had any issues with insecurity since implementing this. Past men who weren’t as intelligent or accomplished were very mean and jealous of the attention I get due to my beauty/ brains. My current bf of almost 2 years (very wealthy and in the top 1% of real estate) is the most generous, kind, attractive, supportive and admirable man I’ve ever met! He’s not intimidated and doesn’t put me down. We’re engaged. I actually want to be a SAHM eventually. I am only willing to stop working and begin a family with a man who makes more than me who wants to set me up for life. So ladies, it may be harder to find men like this but it’s isn’t impossible. Don’t settle🥰

First. A man who is grounded in his own stance isn't intimidated by anything. Its not how our brains work. We are problem-> solution oriented. There is simply no space for intimidation. The issue here, that no one wants to hear: For a lot of successful women. You got there by competing aggressively. In school, in the workplace, with your competition. Which is how you got ahead. A good amount of women have made that part of your persona. You can't shut it off, and you bring it into a relationship. It's not intimidating. Your personality has become abrasive and annoying. As a man who is successful as well. We've had to do the same, and the last thing we want is that same energy at home. If we have choices. We are not going to choose that. Ever... @ me all you want. This is what's happening. Stop using the 'hes intimidated' excuse to cover up for a poor personality. Take accountability and make the changes in yourself. You'll scrape the bottom of the barrel to find a guy who will put up with you and neither will be happy.

I want to add one more point... if a woman is reluctant or uncomfortable at the beginning of relationship we never attack her and rather expect the man to make her feel comfortable and safe, but if the man feels intimidated because of a woman's success(because he has observed that many women prefer more successful men)we roast the crap out of him and tell the woman to choose a better man...See the difference?
