Wow! I use this game as a benchmark on my pc back in the day lmao now it runs on a portable console, technology is evolving fast.

I hate the fact that all these ports are usually a lot more expensive on the Switch. I also hate the fact that I don't have money to buy them.

I play Metro 2033 on the Switch and it looks really good, a fantastic port. Unfortunalety i forgot that there are some damn hard missions. Just hope that my switch will not end on a wall......

Long time watcher, first time commenter. I'm a multiple system owner of this game. First played on 360, then Redux on XBOX 1. I'm such a fanboy I picked it up for Switch so I could kill time at work. My verdict is this is the best version of Redux. I wish there was a Metro release for the WiiU as that was a very underrated console that I still play to this day. Thanks for the great review dude.

I bought both games on my Switch and can't wait to try them out. I heard that many people liked it and so i wanna give it a try myself.

I just bought these 2 last night... and the port is really quite solid... even in docked mode... it's a pretty decent looking game

I got Metro2033 Redux on Friday from the Eshop. When I beat it I will get Last Light. I am glad these games came to Switch.

I started 2033 portable the other night and I was really impressed with it. What got me the most was the atmosphere and just how much voice acting there is for the NPC's which I think really fleshes it out. There just aren't a ton of FPS games on the Switch and I'm surprised they did the entire port in-house as well.

Both of the games and DLC's are on the cartridge, so it's definitely a buy for me!

I listened to this book as an audiobook and it was a really well done story. The game was hard but also really really well done

As someone who has read the book but not played the game its strange I know exactly what that opening sequence with the kids is about. Looks like they are extremely faithful to the source material.

I definitely liked Metro 2033 on Xbox 360 though never finished it. Gladly getting this on Switch as it's $4.99.

This game is awesome!! There isn't much to say, except purchase this game and enjoy. Although, I recommend playing Metro Redux first before Metro 2033. Those monsters will eat you alive and on the first one, you'll be prepared more.

Great video RGT 85. The Metro games are really good fun games and seeing them on the Switch is quality stuff, definitely worth checking out guys if you haven't Played them before and worth picking up again if you have already Played them but it's upto you if you wanna wait for a Sale tho. Overall these are quality Action Horror style Shooters that shouldn't be overlooked on the Switch.

I recently got metro redux for the ps4. Never played metro and I’m so glad I did. They have taken their spot in my top 10 games of all time. Considering the redux is on one disc I count it as one game.

There's no way you played this game as I don't understand how you can get the name Artyom wrong when it's said far too many times in the first game

Quick tip RGT: the Pro Controller has gyro capability as well... not just JoyCons.

I have them on pc but never finished them, having it on the go has been great, actually gonna get through them

I played it originally on ps3 and loved it. I just ordered a physical copy for the ol switcher and I'm pumped to re enter those tunnels on the go.

I used to play both Metro games on my old laptop and it ran mostly at around 20 fps or less. Also at a far worse graphic settings than the Switch.

I buy this 2day for Nintendo switch, was sale for It. Physical game. Norwegian price was 340kr. Arounde 34 dollars ish. Normaly the price was 500kr/50dollars. Lokking forward to play it

Its great, but they must implement a Brightness Setting, its to dark on Handheld, unplayable!

Does anyone have a solution to the game being too dark to see? anything happening underground is too dark to be able to do much.

Metro is a top legacy game. The first two have a game play that is unlike any other. Exodus was great as well, but the metro feel was not there. So I hope they go back to metro feel, by taking away the open world. Keep everything else.

oxygen use mechanic is trash when mixed with looting the areas, because if you die you have to re-loot the area which is fucking boring
