I do agree with what you are saying. I as well have a huge void inside, searching for something I will never find. I feel empty, hopeless, no purpose, etc. All I have to say is I do not manipulate, deceive, gas light, etc other people to make myself feel better. The narc and I feed off of each other, I am toxic as well. He has a choice everyday to continue down the dark path or change. He discarded me after 31 years, like I was a piece of trash. Not for a younger woman, as he is 14 years older than me, but an older woman. I hope it is worth throwing away someone who only tried to work on the marriage, while they lie, cheat and manipulate to not take accountability for their actions. Yes, he is not a man but a coward who feels highly entitled. None of us are entitled to anything in this life. Get over yourselves and continue the downward spiral with the losers you choose to surround yourself with.

The narcissist I was married to was schizoid and now he has no one to feed on. He is identical to his dad accidentally, so I picture them together without others giving admiration

So far, your videos are the best and most reliable way for me to heal. It was such a waste of time to think he would change. But knowing you did it for your wife would make any girl doubt. I mean why did you change for her and not for others? Did you really love her when you started this relationship or did it happen after you started getting treatment?

He just jumped on the train to make the lemonade from lemons. Now its beneficial for narcissists to come up with all the crap they /he did but I bet he before enjoyed stroking his ego on poor women breaking their heart and spirit while abusing them. It does make it look like his current wife is special, but he just wanted to take advantage of his bs (narcissism). They know its incurable, yet they act as if they changed or are chaning/healing. Its like: You are a murder, but u dont want to feel so bad about the people you murdered. So some narcissists (claiming to be self aware) just want to feel better. Which is totally unfair because they deserve to suffer for all the things they did. As always, they are trying to escape their karma.

Exactly. I wish it were easier to get people to understand that. It’s such a wonderful thing to have a relationship with Him. The One who created us and died for us. No one can be more perfect for us than Him.

No, you would be stooping to his level and then he would reframe it against you instead of seeing it as retaliation for his own behavior, because he is unable to self reflect and accept his part in the situation. I understand how you feel but it’s futile.
