WHY NOBODY LOGGED ON TO PLAY SEASON 5 NBA 2K22 

I haven’t bought 2K since 19 lol glad to see 3 entries later I didn’t miss much

Its a constant cycle they love the game when its released, then realize its the same builds and the same cheese and previous years, more vc to upgrade a player, outrageous prices for a game, and so on. We know its only gonna get worse as the years go on lol

Completely stopped playing park, loved it in 19, and every year since then the amount of hours I have in the park gets smaller. Moved to MyTeam last year and haven’t touched park since week one last season

I don’t care about this game anymore. It had so much potential but the legend reward was the last straw for me.

PARK IS DYING CUZ YALL KEEP KILLING IT. stop running from games. stop checking people’s percentages. just play the damn game and have fun w it. even if they’re trash. the point is to get better. honestly randoms on park be trash only because they don’t get games. That leads directly to not having in-game experience, which then causes the cycle of people paying for their builds hoping to get somebody to run with. then you have toxic people who exploit and act like they make money off the game running away from PARK GAMES. Ante-up would make sense bc VC/Money is on the line, but PARK GAMES???? stop taking park seriously and have fun with it. that’s it.

2k has been giving me this years dunk contest vibes for years. The normal game myleague vs hof is just idk broken the whole game doesn't adapt and it gets clunkier each year. Like the past the game dies because online becomes about exploits and Op builds. Left and right cheese though defendable drains me out and it's considerably worse this long into a cycle. I'm still playing but its hard when going offline isn't a huge draw. Mycareer story is nice but seeing teammates play like garbage in the systems 2k made for them shows ineptitude to change and this game basically serves as a reskin

I feel like splitting the community with two versions was a bad idea. Especially with the lack of next gen consoles. Some people don’t have squads to run with so they just abandon the game eventually

Parks were packed & so was the Rec. I’m not sure what park Agent loaded into to come up with this theory but I think his internet might be tripping. 2k is always dead at the end of a season…not the beginning.

Dude ive basically stopped playing the game all together, i was set on hitting legend but theres just no point. On top of that the ridiculous things i see every game is disheartening.

Season 5 Myteam wise is amazing. Park should not get seasons. Park is continously going to be dead.

I'm a REC player. I've grown a deep disdain for park players. Never got into myteam like that.

I feel like taking out win percentages and and making the stat sheet better in rec would make the game more enjoyable. Dudes be too focused on teaming up with tryhards they pass up good players that got unlucky with teams in the past and got bad records. Bad records don’t automatically mean trash.

19 was the best 2k ever if you think about it, builds was all even no build was OP every build had they own skill, and u had to grind for badges therefore everybody wasn’t good, it was just even wasn’t unrealistic like 17 and was realistic like 2k20-21 it was in the middle, only thing they need to keep is the rep system in 2k22 with seasons just better rewards and bring rec with regular clothes back god damn it !!!! And please give us realistic looking parks like Rucker park, Venice beach, open gyms for 3v3s like a real basketball experience not us playing in some ancient museums warehouse 😂🤦🏾‍♂️ like cmon 2k we not 12

I wish 2k released every two years. I feel rushed having to grind the game. I just wanna play my team without the pressure of the next release coming out soon. I work full time, hit the gym, and about to have a child. I can’t game all fckin day

Been playing since 2K9. The issue with 2k22 isn't a lack of reward diversity. The issue isn't even gameplay, even if everyone is still playing with the same builds and animations. It's the lack of MATCHMAKING system in the park. I started playing 2k22 a week after release. Fully upgraded my player, maxed my sniper and catch and shoot badges. Went to the park excited for a game of 3s. It took me almost half an hour to get ONE game. All these level 20s looking at new players like they're obviously trash based on their level ONE week into the game. And any time I got a 2nd player to join me, a squad coming fresh off a loss would just cut us (REMOVE SQUAD PRIORITY in the park or create seperate parks or matchmaking queues for solo players and squads). No multiplayer game is worth playing when you have 15+ minute queue times and the game itself lasts under 5 minutes and solo players are forced to play against squads while trying to convince randoms to pass the ball.

is it just me or is it hard for anyone else to get a game of park going alone? i tried to play yesterday and in 2 hours i got 2 games its impossible to load up park by urself anf find a game with randoms so ive just been playing rec because it loads you right in.

Unpopular opinion: 2k park started it’s decline when speedboosting became the centerpiece of everyone’s offense

Bruh 2k is a throw away game, and I think it’s staying that way permanently. The game not even fully the problem, it’s the players. Most toxic community of any game I’ve ever played. It’s just not enjoyable

I wish they’d just release 2k every other year. Madden needs to do the same shit (this will never happen obviously) Why spend all this time grinding for extra badge points when your character will be worthless in a matter of months?

I was grinding this game a lot, I was 3 stars one more 40 to legend, after I saw the legend reward I deleted the game and haven’t touched it since. I’ve been a lot happier playing other games now tbh

I wish they would change the way badges worked. They literally change the animations in the game just so the badges could work. Instead of just letting them work if it’s in the stride of the game and of the animations happening.

This is the 1st year EVERRR I have not bought the game at release and still haven’t played this years game. 2K jus ain’t what use to be and the excitement isn’t there at all. Jus them not addressing stuff that’s been complained about for years and haven’t fixed. Then watched choc vid other day and he explained the builds that people make to get advantage and 2K ain’t fixed. This is jus like a arcade game now and the seasons thing it’s more for everybody being the same ain’t no good rewards for echeivments. Next gen was suppose to be exciting but graphics basically almost same and intros etc damn near still same. NBA should’ve took advantage of this cause 2K now is headed downward

I think it would be interesting if maybe they implemented maybe a set of challenges? “Score 400 pts in the city” and you unlock different gear to put on the mascots

Imagine a year grind like legend used to be. Trimmed down a little and here’s why. Make the last rep or rank a big thing kinda like legend but inside of said rank you have “The Top 500” or something. Could be just 100 either way. Have your placement and rank be determined by opponent strength (rank+win%). Also to keep people from straight running from games make the Opponent strength give and xp boost of some kind. This might hurt or help the boosters. With this they could do the seasonal stuff just make the grind being get to legend and try and be Top 500. Make it reset every season (not rank just the top whatever list). Also and it where I can bring multiple builds to team pro am. Sheeesh. Also some kind of griefing system for prom am. People can straight up get a defensive three and offensive three for an entire half and not get kicked

The only thing i have to say is why do people not think the same about everyone having the same rewards for games like fortnite ,pubg, clash royale or any other game with a pass?

Idk why everybody is saying that nobody is playing season 5 bc I had the absolute worst experience in terms of lag spikes for the first time this 2k bc of the server overload like it was annoying and like the parks were hella crowded today

Next gen is the move. Play more rec and pro am. Real 5 v 5 ball. It’s fun. I think Park in general is just dying.
