My therapist told me about keeping my promises, that I lost trust in myself because I don't stick to my words. She gave me some exercises to work on it and thank God, I'm starting to see results. It is not easy to change, it takes a full commitment to make it possible and easy.
@@Productivity_diaries I could but I think a big part of this to work is because I'm in a process and I trust my therapist. I do know I heard before so many advices on the internet which are good but since I was alone in this I never stuck to it and it ended up backfire on me when previous therapists tried it but I knew what was going on so it didn't work. I really think the reason it worked was both because I have a great therapist I trust and it's a good advice. It won't work if something is missing.

learned these the hard way. Though I still embarrass myself and make weird noises (in the comfort of my home), I have realised becoming too comfortable with other people is not good. As a result, my family no longer takes me seriously but that's ok. You don't get that many chances outside. People subconsciously develop a vague image of your character pretty quickly.

In my case, i talk nonsense because i really do jot know what to speak. Staying silent didnt help muxh. The problem with me is i cannot get words to start a convo or continue it.

Hey Josh, been watching your videos for some time now and they really helped me realise the toxic friend group I’ve been in, known them since high school and the toxicity definitely happened back then but it’s way more apparent now after I’ve began watching your videos. I feel like I was respected within them once but as I began opening up to them about insecurities, personal life etc. (not as to tell them about my problems just saying it in conversation when it was relevant) they would use it against me and basically group up and completely ridicule me, I considered cutting ties with them numerous times but thought I was just over reacting since that’s how men usually are (as you said in the video) , but when I realised they would only do it to me and not the others in our friend group; I completely cut ties.
A cousin of mine whose also my business partner belittled me and laughed at me infront of some girls he was interested in so instead of saying something like "yeah that guys my partner or complimenting me" He went and said to them :" yeah that dude is my worker that's why i can't leave the workplace to him and something of this sort and the girls were laughing and talking shit about me Now idc about whatever the girls were saying theyre strangers i don't give a shit but what broke my heart was that the cousin was ready to belittle me and make fun of me infront of some random girls just to make himself look "cool" I'll confront him about this matter tomorrow and tell him to don't do shit like that again i don't like it
Could you do a 1-2 hour long (no edited) video on personality, looks, and how to not lose focus. I've seen your videos and you seem like you never miss a day of upload (that takes alot of focus on just one thing). I appreciate you making helpful videos.
