I know that you have because this has happened SO many times with my clients in the past when they have tried to diet for fat loss before.
But one of the key things that I do for my clients when they begin to work with me is to take the pressure OFF them.
And to reassure them that one "bad" day does not determine the bigger picture of their fat loss journey.
