In necrotic case if debris are pushed and bmp is all done with closed dressing, so to avoid swelling and to clear pushed debris or bacteria antibiotics can help? And is it necessary to give antibiotics in necrotic cases?

Sir during bmp there is dentinal debris mixed with very little amount of blood (slight pink) seen on tip of k file. What does it says is it pulpal remanents or file is beyond apex.pt has no pain during bmp
Bacterias are present in dentinal debris on wall which are difficult to remove. Use your file to check the firmness on canal wall to make sure that all debris is removed as you do for caries removal from excavator. Calcium hydroxide should be given if you are not sure.
