Harris needs to articulate a progressive strong policy position that's bullet points. She is being cautious about policy substance. $25K for first time home buyers is good, $50K tax deduction to start a small business good thing. Give us more meat and the votes will follow. Give a real middle class plan. Just like Herman Caine 999 plan Harris needs a similar plan that people get that resonates.
