I used to think Shaq was whining about getting fouled. When he was traded to the Heat i found myself yelling at the TV because of all the missed foul calls. Funny how that works
the way shaq registers info and clears his mind of judgement because he’s upset about something is a very human skill that i wish to learn when im older.
I actually think we have Iverson & Shaq for small ball, but mostly Iverson. He took the Sixers to a chip with Mutombo!! League has had more scoring point guards every since & less real centers!
Pretty much. If you haven't, go watch Shaq highlights from 00-02. He was just dunking on EVERYBODY. There's a picture of Shaq dunking on the entire Nets team in the 02 finals.
Naw shaq in the Lakers was definitely a beast a 300+lbs beast that knew how to use his body and be physical BUT I think shaq in the magic was more athletic he was young and a lot more skinny as well as he could last longer at full potential being in better shape
I got into basketball when Orlando had shaq, penny, anderson, grant, and scoot. 1995. After Jordan retired I became a magic fan then he got traded and I just watch any team.
I'm just a mom from a very small town living in a humble trailer park....I just learned about reels...I am 43 and a mom and a wife ....I'm behind lol. I just want to say there is some stupid shit on here that I skip over. But I have met....sort of.....a lot of people that are my new heros. The basketball shoes is the best for me. My autistic (on the spectrum, not full blown, but still makes things more difficult for him. He is trying so hard to play basket ball in Jr high school.....coach was mean...told him 3 days in that he would drag the team down if he let him stay on the team because he doesn't know as much as others. I went to Walmart after looking up ur affordable shoes. After I made my point of how u have to build these kids up not knock them down to the coach. He slowed my sons level of pracuce down to a pace he can handle and he is so excited.....something he Never been before. So once he stopped trying to quit due to what the coach had said. I went to Walmart and bought a pair of ur shoes. He refuses to wear them anywhere but on court. He practices woth his 12 ball from dollar general lol.....he absolutely loves those shoes. I even had him watch the reel where u explained how that came about. I said all of that to say.....u touch many lives in ways u will never know Mr Shaquille, and this mom wants to say thank you. Thank you for standing up for the rest of us and for making the effort to be a good person. You are a wise man and I enjoy watching all of the reels u r in. God bless from arkansas!
I’m not a big basketball fan but this guy is a huge inspiration for me. I wish I followed the NBA when he played. Dude is a money maker, a role model and a hell of a player. Not to mention a freak athlete!
I’m not sure if Hack a Shaq was a good strategy considering your trying to hack a wall of steel that just decides to add more and more momentum to his game. People got out of the way real quick.
@@NevaSellmySoul I love him because he's comfortable in his own skin. I'm years older than Shaq and I've never been a groupie so before you address me wipe your mother's breast milk from your mouth and grow up first. I have no time for children or those who are child like. Damn presumptuous. Frigging idiot.
His calmness was completely menacing. He would take the hard foul like it was nothing, but it meant if that was nothing then WTF is the something he could deliver.
Shaq was like GA today. Dudes run over everyone and go over the back. Then complain because they got fouled. They both could be fouled out by half time most games
Think about this......the commissioner met with him about his physicality and admitted that all of the other teams voiced concerns about his play. When have you ever heard anything like this? Shaq was a damn problem........
