Yeah but just eating a carrot sarny is grim, at least make some poached eggs or beans on toast, bacon sarny, anything with eggs really, i also do not eat a lot but i cook everyday, and make sure i eat decent enough food, last take away i had was like 2012, cant stand them.

Man i swear to god my dad is exactly the same. He will eat past the point of hunger and then he can’t be bothered to eat anymore. He doesn’t enjoy eating and says its a chore.
