YES Thank God! I started a month ago doing all your strengthening/stretching exercises every day to fix forward motion head and the trapezius muscle that has been giving me pain (so tight) for over a decade. (Massages weekly didn't help) After the first week, especially the 2nd week I noticed a significant relief and now 4 weeks in - WOW what a difference! I thank God for you giving the detailed kinesiology (which I studied and loved in college) information to bring sweet relief to my neck issues!!!!!!! Now I can play with my kids on trampoline - waterskiing, etc...... Im so thankful! Thank you Dr Yoni - your work is making a significant difference to so many.

Thank you. Was in nasty vehicle accident hit from behind at up to 80mph. Neck has not stopped hurting, traumatic brain injury and other painful things that are not life threatening but painful. Doing your exercises is giving me hope.
Thank God I don't have my head in a forward position, but I battle some stiffness in the base of the neck and shoulders, the first stretch felt really good to soften all the muscles around that area. Thank you Dr. Yoni!
These two exercises are very effective at stretching my trapezius muscles. Head forward position has caused me a lot of pain with cervical disc disease and impingement. Perhaps I can avoid surgery.
