@@thulomanchay Thanks your words are good but China is a major naval power in Asia What India is doing China should have....Because it's not only increases soft power but it also is a good operational training for naval officers rather then Using water canons on philipino boats....
Just to put in a layman perspective: It was a 11 hours flight from India mainland to the operation location and when a normal person even after travelling for few hours in economy cant stand properly marcos with full geared performed the operation.
A bit of knowledge for layman’s- its takes loads of approval and bring them together from their individual areas , as a layman it’s quite obvious they are not 24*7 geared up to do the missions without having thier gears on , they are not like layman terrorists doing suicide bombing futher they need to evaluate the pros and cons
What chance has China against these military Units?? As of now China has no record of fighting outside their own country. This situation will put China in a very precarious situation.
Duty of Marcos is very different from those of ordinary foot units. So just hope India won't use these units against china even in the worst case scenes. Else something inhuman might happen and it might ruin image of Indian units.
Their realiblity cannot be questioned but their methods do. That's why they are special units. And I hope our military services don't have to use them.. But this time there were really people who needed to taught why they should mess around with peace loving people who just want to earn a bread to see next day.

Fun fact even though iran and pak have anti-India policy in place , and they dont support india in growth India helped both of them during any situation needed...be it earthquake or flood or humanitarian aid or even a ship from iran or pak under pirate attack.... That amount of neutrality is not shown by any country in the whole world.

When this ships in Indian Ocean send Sos calls both chinese & pakistani ship feel and take refuge in the nearest port even if they have the ability to help they never do , Only The Indian Army Responds to all SOS calls irrespective of our relationship to with the Country to which such ships belong to .
Marcos has responded on 26/11 without any given order by the Indian govt. That's why when NSG arrives, marcos needed to hand over their operation to nsg because of law and order.

India has a very good military and work towards peace. However their military can and would be a very tough nut to crack if you even can. There was a failure in coordination that night. MARCOS have arrived after a delay in request by the police. But there was no one to brief them on the operation that night. MARCOS were traditionally trained to go for a lethal destruction and they didn't have an authority to act that night. There were just 8 of them available for the operation and yet their quick acts have rescued 200+ civilians. Meanwhile, NSG (National Security Guards) were briefed on the mission and have taken over from MARCOS.
just imagine. Biggest terror attack in Mumbai, firing, grenade lobbying everywhere. 100+ innocents kills. Police are also killed. MARCOS comes, storms the hotels, saves 200+ people and killing goes down to almost zero. Things are under control. And some youtube person says "why the feared and deadly Marcos were not used".
It was an attack done by the congress blessings. In order to cause subversion and the idea was to blame it on Hindus. Obviously the outcome would not have been the desired one with Marco's intervention.
