Most scholars were Persian not Arabs. And the Persians took interest in all the science Indians kept to themselves, converted it to their own language understood it and sent it to Europe. So all the Islamic golden age is due to Indian knowledge that the Persians translated and spread it to Europe. Arabs were cool before Islam not after that!

well.. i am Pakistani and i am proud of my identity, my country... yes our political leaders have made blunders in past and have landed us in troubled waters and bad name but i do not hate my country and my nation neither do i hate India.. Well I think we are more like India than any country in the world.. so Indians please do not hate us, because your hate makes us to hate you guys even more.. because we go defensive psychologically keeping in view your large country with large resources, so please don't hate us because we are more like you guys.. Sometimes i wonder that my grandfather who was Sindhi and born in 1935, he was Indian up until 1947 this makes me feel weird. i wonder we were one nation until we parted our ways, now here we are almost enemies... lets learn from History, at one time Germany, France and U.K were biggest enemies of one another.. they killed millions of each other, fought two world wars destroyed each other.. But Now they are so cordial and friendly to each other.. do we have to go the same way?.. lets learn from history.. it is my dream that our eastern border with India (and all other borders) should be without fences and we come and go without Visa just Like European Union countries.. yes we can do it if we want to do it.. India has to shed the hegemonic gestures and Pakistan has to stop seeing India as a threat..
