Why this popular focus technique is absolute *bad word* 

There are many techniques being implemented to try and increase focus (and productivity) but most of them seem to fail to grasp the source of the lack of focus. Modern-day technology robs us from us having the ability to focus for longer hours at a time but there are still some things you can do to increase your focus with a little bit of practice.
