These paired with a magnetic coil "power" barrel that fits inside of standard launchers could boost power without negative consequences to the internals like most power mods. Not sure how feasible something like that is right now but the technology exists and powerful magnets can be quite small.
You're definitely onto something game-changing! I could imagine magnetic strips going along the length of the barrel, Kurt, on the inside where you can't see them, recessed, on both sides, top and bottom, reversed polarity (meaning the magnetic strips are pushing against the iron in the rounds)... so that the Juls are kind of suspended inside, and even though the Juls are perfectly fit to the bore... this could make the lubricity even better, keeping even the friction of gravity at a minimum. The areas right over where the Juls come into the chamber, however, could have like regular polarity magnetic circular detents (to "suck up" the round from the mag and hold it). I really wish I worked for you and could be there to experiment with this idea. I have a feeling that something like this would have a positive effect upon velocity of the projectiles. Hey Kurt i just got my 1.5 with the veridian rfx 15 red dot sight. Do i need to slap it on a mount plate 1st or do i attach it directly to the launcher after removing the cut in the slide?

Hello Kurt. I am having alot of success using the JulV3 in both my CQMF and M17 with Magnets in both my T15 and Smg magwells, with no balls on deck. Are you planning on making the new “FAR” shaped rounds with the same capability?? I think the magnets will help prevent the dreaded flipping if so. When do you think you will have those available
Magnets hold the balls in place so they don't fall out the barrel. Right now all other launchers use springs or rubber. But they can cause misfeeds and malfunctions.
