The spiritual realm shouldn't be like how you describe because it's so unfair to the victim's who are in much need of no fault of their own! This world is backward's to not help out the people who need helped out the most! I'm curious when Aaron Doughty loved himself for the 1st time? Was it when he was away from his stepmom? Eventhough he met other ABUSER'S just like her ..........Aaron got away from his 1st abuser or else he never could of progressed. I'm infuriated with my circumstances that I did NOT cause in any way! I have mastered the art of LETTING GO, when I learnt that I have ALL WITHIN ME! I don't need to depend on outside situations and people to feel good and complete. All I need is me ❤💯
How did you master letting go? At times I feel like I'm getting better but then things like manifesting love for instance makes me doubt that I am. Ugh, I'm at just an imbalance!
@@sydasipah4170 Hi, I wanted to respond to Angelina's lovely post and I saw yours, perhaps I can help. a couple things that help me learn to let go are practicing presence which I designed a whole program around and working with affirmations / self-programming techniques. Society programs us with the belief we "Need"..or "can't let go" but we have the power to counter it and consciously reprogram our subconscious, that part of the mind which tells us how to feel and think in every conceivable situation in life, to achieve different results. The subconscious runs on programs. we can't just will change of responses to the world around us. We have to substitute negative programs for positive conscious ones IMHO

@@DeliaLaven yeah but I think honesty and self worth plays a role here if u know your self worth or if u r honest with yourself loving and letting go becomes easy, some people think if they force or try to get something from someone thy will get their love, I think that's delusional because all u need is confidence to look for that person and believe in yourself enough to ask the person out if he or she says no that's fine the is a plenty of fish in the sea period.

Opening my heart chakra started with a loving kindness meditation where I gave unconditional love to myself and my past self. Then I extended it to my parents and family and then to my friends and community then finally to the rest of the world. Highly recommend taking the time to validate and love yourself first so you extend it to all those around you.
Release control. Have faith. Believe. Relax. Enjoy your life. Give it to God. Be in a place of being okay if does or doesn't happen. You will be where you want to be. ❤❤
Yes Aaron! Law of attraction is about realizing that you don't even need the thing that you're trying to "manifest." What's the point of a million bucks if I already feel like a million bucks? Great stuff!
I remember when I had barely any love for myself and the relationships I attracted where awful. But as I felt unworthy I also didn't want to give up the relationship as that's what I felt I deserved. When I did my inner work and focused on being the best version of me, I learned to love myself ( the most amazing feeling) and brought in the most amazing relationship, when I didn't even need it anymore as I already had all that love inside. The secret to getting your perfect man/woman, is within yourself, it truly is!
This is so key and it’s important to feel worthy and complete before continually trying to visualise or repeat affirmations otherwise your own subconscious will be cancelling out that process no matter how sincere or disciplined you are

You are totally right about this. I have given up on all of it. I am concentrating on my writing and my family. I am spending time with my real friends and family. I don't care anymore about anybody else. Everything is changing and we don't need another person in higher realms anyway. I feel complete. I can create entire stories to write in my mind. I have tons of people in my head. I don't need one person other than my own friends and family. I hope everybody else understands that too. Go to your art, music, writing, or just whatever you enjoy doing in your spare time and you will feel whole and happy. True story!

Very true. Being too needy is not attractive. The vibration is low. I notice this now with people who give me too much energy. It feels uncomfortable. Right, it's best to just feel relaxed. ...Believe you have received and it shall be given.
Every time you explain this concept it become more and more clear. It's like a muscle you have to work out. Slowly the new habits and thought patterns are building. The first time I heard this concept I thought of it as "play hard to get" but now I think of it as more natural and not a game at all. Just very natural to be at peace with yourself. Not that I would refuse love if it came, but I really do not need it to continue my path. I'm doing pretty well on my own and have proven to myself that I am more than capable of providing the things I once thought could only come from another. I appreciate your videos Aaron.

As soon as I saw the title my first initial thought was that "wanting" to find love could mean you're wanting it to make yourself feel happy and not because you're wanting to give love out to someone else. It's like wanting to make yourself whole by using another person when in reality, you need to love yourself in order to love others. Great video!
This is incredible, alot of what Aaron's talking about can happen subconsciously, so its good if we can be aware so we can observe our emotions rather than be prisoners of them
ohhh Aaron, like you there's been so many times where I've really wanted something - not just with love/a person but literally anything - and AS SOON AS I let go of that desire, it magically appeared. The Universe knows when you’re able to surrender (and it will gift you for it, truly!!!)

I can confirm that when I feel (and yes most women will feel this instantly 😄) that somebody is trying to get me or something form me - I will run or turn into my "avoidant" asap. Just think about this - if you're chasing someone, how can you expect them to relax and surrender into the union? : Speaking from a feminine side - women are "looking" for a partner that they know can fully take care of themselves plus have her back, not drain her (this for sure goes both ways).
@Gehn Saavedro you do that through putting out the energy that attracts (think as a magnet of it). Yes, I agree - both the men who chase and the passive women is the old broken paradigm. That's why we have to raise our Consciousness now and understand both sides have to be whole and complete to create 5D relationships :)
When a woman's womb is really relaxed and open, her feminine fluids tend to flow. It's something that she can feel quite readily. In that fluid state, her emotions tend to be more fluid, her heart more open to loving all others in an organic flow of life. It's not really about wanting or not wanting and it's certainly not about manipulation of any kind. All of that is mental and relationship is sacred...or should I say sacral? Love is the most beautiful thing in the world and I am lucky to know it, to share it and live it, more and more every single day.
You can't stop wanting things if the desires are based on core needs and we are dependent on others but the crucial thing energetically is to create abundance around feeling empowered to meet those needs through others not to pretend we don't have them

I was out hiking today, beautiful and warm in the Catskills of NY and when I got to the top of the mountain I meditated for a while and got such a message from my child-self about something I experienced that age which was at the core of my own neediness and self-sabotage so as always amazing synchronicity watching these videos. Spirit always guides me to the right ones and so often it's Aaron. That neediness to find someone I haven't had in a good while though. I 'm in such high vibes now and living and working alone....couldn't be happier really....so I know a new and amazing relationship is coming that matches the frequency of the love I feel within which is Spirit.

Yes I understand some people find it difficult and it took me practice to get my mind to a point where it doesn’t control me anymore and I can distinguish my mind from my higher self! Just don’t give up on allowing yourself to let go, anything is possible when we believe it is! ☺️

It comes unexpected you have to let go of fear and do the things you never done before. Forgive the past and move on. Know your worth be more kind but don't have to allow everyone in. You have to let go all the insecurity and things that bother you.

It's simple if you let go of that need to be love and it your cup is full,that person you want will come about easily trust me forcing people to love you is not fun I tried it once it's terrible.

I think what the video is saying is if you want to attract a relationship, do it from a feeling of strength and not weakness. Believe you already have what you need. The relationships or love that we 'want' are just a part of our experience, but they do not make us who we are. Chasing a person is a turnoff. Being and acting needy is a turnoff. Being confident in who you are, with or without what you want, is attractive.
@@teeahtate Loving relationships require us to give ourselfs, and if you dont need or miss the person you love, do you really love them... Its ok to do all of that when you are with someone who doesnt love you back or doesnt want to be with you.. But when its not the case, its more about giving and taking, and not that much about protecting yourself all the time..

I was thinking the same thing. Why would you want to be in a relationship if you have not the 'want' in you? And why would you value it if you do not 'want' it.
That used to happen to me all the time, I would be all like UGh WHY ME WHY AM I SINGLE, then when I would enjoy my alone time and my vibe in solitude I would get all this unwanted attention.
