One of the reasons we have been doing this world tour for so long is to show Sutan that the world is a big place and that people come from many different cultures and environments. Moto was backpacking around the world when he was a student, so it is reassuring to travel with him.
I was amazed by Singapore's blend of different cultures. Japanese food and culture were also popular. We were thrilled to have our first business meeting with Umami Sauce.
I hope one day to have Umami Sauce in Singapore to make it easier for everyone from different cultures to cook Japanese food.
The hotel we stayed at in Singapore was conveniently located near India Town with easy access to the subway! To my surprise, the person at the check-in counter was Kimonoko and was very helpful!

Thank you for the video. The ending was just so cute 🥰. Showing Sutan the world as long as she has the "free time" before school is bound to expand her horizon in a very good way. In my country there are sadly lots of people who blame others for everything that goes wrong, just for being from another country. It's such a mean and pointless thing to do. They wouldn't have better schoolgrades without any other nations around. Nevermind the rest of their problems. It's just so sad. As long as they blame others, they wont be able to do anything to actually improve their situation. So in the end, they hurt themselves with this the most. I'm glad that Sutan gets to see many different people so young. She will always know, that people are people, no matter if they have different values or views. It will spare her the problems, that would come with such an aggressive worldview. Then again, Sutan has the power of disney princesses on her side. I can't imagen a disney princess to do such a thing in the first place.😊 The fan meeting was huge! So many people! Just, wow. And the place looks very relaxing. Greenery just does that for me❤ Lots of Love from europe 🤗

I’m in the same boat, mostly by choice. I just turned 56 and I live alone. These videos cheer me up but sometimes make me think about what I’ve missed out on never getting married or having children. Sutan is such a sweetheart and so funny and Moe is beautiful and a great mom. The whole family is so loving and they’re living great lives. I like to watch happy people.

My parents took me to travel a bit, I hated the car but seeing everything was gorgeous. It was mostly just nearby states like Virginia and Pennsylvania or Ocean City, it seeing the trees in Georgia and Florida were amazing. It’s an awesome thing to travel even a bit.

i hate when people criticize parents for taking kids out of school to travel. no matter what kind of trip it is visiting a different country as a child can be such a powerful experience. school will always be there and they can catch up. but the memories made will be worth it. i was lucky enough to do my first long haul trip when i was 11 and i fell in love with the place and learned so much. at 20 i studied abroad and now at 30 i've just made a big step and migrated! life changing..

Traveling is oftentimes more educational than school, especially with current standards and practices homeschooling is more effective anyways. And traveling while engaging the kids (especially as Kimono mom does) is its own form of homeschool.

Now that I am almost in my 40, i realized that for kids to grow up well, they need a good environment and good people to guide them along the way... it starts from their home environment gradually they will be exposed to outside environment (travel, school, friends, community, etc...) I personally think that travelling in such young age is good for kids, for them to experience the world first hand, it will help them to open their minds and heart to see so many different people, culture, food, etc... in turn they will grow up to be more accepting to different people, cultures, food, etc... and there will be less discrimination around the world. After all, what bond us as human beings is ❤.... i learnt about this first hand, my late mother worked so hard to send me abroad to study high school in Singapore, university in Canada, then now i work in China. But what I realized is school taught me about structure, but travelling open my mind about the diversity of the world (this cannot be taught in school). I am forever grateful to my mother ❤... i love you Mom! ❤ *To Moe: I found your channel few years ago, my late mother passed away from Cancer about 2 years ago and whenever I see your videos with Sutan, it always reminds me of my relationship with my mom... my mom is the best mom I could ever asked for.. I can actually relate with the constant travel at a young age. I was a year old when my parents and I travelled around. It wasn't until I was 5 years old when I started formal education. In the span of 4 years we went to 16 countries and lived in 4.
