What about cooling? I want one cover on my clutch cover cuz it's very hot during riding and the hot air is hiting my right leg... Won't be the cover overheating after install?

Unfortunately crashed my R6 into a tractor a month ago and I was seriously impressed with how well the GB-Racing covers protected the engine covers. It's the first thing I recommend slapping on with a new bike. As for the rest of the bike ...

Yeah GB really do make tough covers, look 'for' them for everything I intend to buy. Nothing worse than tearing up the stock covers when you go to resale a bike that has been taken good care of and maintained with rash on the stock covers. The last time I fell left was 2002, on a big Honda cruiser and my friend was on Honda's street fighter doing Louisiana's most notorious winding roads... Threw my leg on top and sat the slide out on the right side of the bike, stopped a few feet short of a ravine! 70 to 30 turn!

That's a 70 MPH sign rated, 2-lane road and no warning other than road markers indicating that there was a turn coming up. The turn sign of 30 MPH was at the start of the actual turn, right beside their notoriously overrated turning speeds. No other State from Texas to Illinois to Virginia to Florida and back through Texas to California ever had such a bad speed limit sign and abrupt turn signs. Heck, I was on my brand new 04 ZX6R and had to straighten out another in Louisiana again. Be careful in Louisiana, they do things different there and never get pulled over there!

Wow! Never heard of GB Racing before I started researching them. That's one hell of a test of endurance and an endorsement 😅 Do you think their carbon fiber equivalent would've held up just as well??

Not sure how well it would hold up but I can tell you it would cost a lot more to make this same product in carbon. - Van

GB Racing engine covers are used by all the teams in WSBK. Thats proof of there quality . DO not GET KNOCK OFFS !! I seen a kid tip over his bike on DIRT at a track day and they SHATTERED,They can look the same, fit the same, but are made from cheap plastic ....REAL GB Racing covers are a type of plastic but are the weight of billet aluminum .

There are a ton of knock off covers being sold that do not protect like the GB Racing do. We have been using these on our race bikes for a long time with excellent results. - Van
