I thank you for this lesson, if only I could follow through on it. I have dreadful issues surrounding this subject 11 years in fact!! I follow your lessons religiously and fully accept the truth in this lesson, the common sense of letting go -it hurts me more than them ( I guess) it’s that awful Bulldog tenacity it’s a “ principle “ of letting them get away with it. The IC says you stick at it don’t let go, it snaps me back to the past like a bungee cord. Doesn’t help we share a common holiday space so I see them, tried reaching out but, they ignored me adding to the frustration arrr!!!

Your spot on David about my past ,however I call life's past experience the foundation of my reality, I don't enjoy being I realist, but as I always say if there are two ways a thing will go ?. Brilliant imagery.. how powerful childhood is...how short it really is.- precious time that can lock up a personality for the rest of the life cycle.Thank you both! There is a song " you can't go back" maybe the inner child needs to sing that! The unknown is an adventure!!
