Great video Gary! Glad I was able to help you out. To anyone new to Jungles reading this, there are many more lines than mentioned, too many to recount all at once. So dig in and learn as much as you can. Read everything you can find online and check the sources and ensure reputability. It is a lot of fun! Jungle Carpets are addicting! Thanks again Gary!

Glad to have you back Gazza. Yeah Rileys channels awesome. Been following him for some time. He just got a small group of golden tailed geckos which are cool. They have a very cool and unusual means of defence for a gecko. The flip their tailover kinda like a scorpion and out the golden part of the tail the shoot a sticky gooey substance that has a horrible smell. Very very cool.

Great to see you back in front of the camera Gary! Glad your feeling better!! Now I’m curious as to which line of jungle my 2 girls are. My one is 3 and is still vibrant yellow and tons of tipping. My 2 year old is bright yellow as well but is a little muddy on the top. Great video Gary keep it up and I hope your season goes good!

I love jungle carpets so much. You're spot on, anyone who is into snakes should have at least one good carpet in their collection. I have a male Wow line and a female Futo x Blaze. Hoping for some future breeding success and it'll be hard not to keep all the babies, if they do produce. lol

Hey man I am doing an EPQ artefact which is a qualification on a truly bioactive coastal carpet python which has to be true to australian plant species and substrate etc. I need to show my research and naturally reading some books that are more on the scientific side of morelia spilota would be great, wonder if you have any recommendations that are more scientific rather than just husbandry/breeding etc.

Can you feed a very Large jungle python 8-9 ft 2 pd small rabbits ?

Good question....and never heard of a Jungle Carpet that big! Very cool. I'd feed large rats, but I'm sure it could handle a 2lb rabbit. Thanks for watching!

@@gsreptiles5606 yea I know it's rare to get 8-9 ft with mot 7 to 7.5 ft but they eat Jumbo's no problem too . How many Large do you feed it at once ?

@@germaineparham9372 MY Jungles are far smaller, therefore I only feed (1) medium rat every 7-10 days.

@@gsreptiles5606 yea but even a juvenile or sub adult 4-5 will be able to take them down . Large corn in kings will make easy work of medium and they are small skinny snakes but I had balls in past in even though there short 5-6 ft max they will eat Large and Jumbo's to . Also large rat snakes like indigos , black rat , bullsnakes minus the girth of a dumerils boa or carpet python . And they say coastel carpets are the biggest that's why I say 8-9 ft but yes regular size 7.5 ft

😁 admittedly, the one you did showcase was effing gorgeous. Quality, not quantity, right! I only have one CB21 jungle, supposedly from UKPythons line, and a few Tullys CB20 & CB21, which I love, but the CB20 Tullys are now developing more black tipping ☹️. Still gorgeous.
