Thank you so much. Im having a terrible pain. Can't even sweep the floor from neck to mid back a weird pain. And its cz I did some very hard work over and over withiut giving the body to rest. Having a side ache for one year too. Did tests all okay so have done an xray and awaiting the visit to the doctors. In the meantime praying and putting faith in Gods Word. For my complete healing. Its tough at times as I cant do my work but the Lord will get me thru this I know. 🙏🏽
its impressive how I took my spine for granted and with 32 years old have so much pain, thanks for the video, I see now a lot of things im doing wroong that might be causing my mid back to hurt so much
Another excellent video! This is one of my biggest problems due to a long term hospital stay which had me in a bad back position for many months. These exercises are excellent for loosening up my tight back muscles. Thank you.
This was incredibly helpful. This is exactly where my back was hurting and I couldn't figure out why. I have very good posture, don't do any heavy lifting or anything like that. However, I do tend to sleep on my side with my spine rounded, usually curled around one of my dogs. I suspect that could be the culprit. Thank you!
All vid on mid back pain show you how to fix the pain, no one telling you what is causing it. Thank you!!!! Working as a dev 8-9h on a chair with bad posture 😢 I have much work to do
My back has been stuck for probably 6 months. It feels like someone kicked me at my bra strap line. I sleep in the fetal position and I sit bent to one side and slupped over because of the pain. I thought it was my kidneys or liver for months and have been on 2 rounds of antibiotics with no relief. Lol it's my back! The tightness even comes around my ribs to the side and around the front and sometimes goes down my back into my hips. This video has helped so much. I stretched my back today like you showed and I'm already feeling some relief. Thank you!!!
This is the kind of help i need. You almost need an assistant to watch you 24/7 for a month to study your movement patterns. It's hard to study yourself at all times. For sitting on the ball: is that helpful for si joint dysfunction? Could it cause more back pain if you have anterior pevlic tilt? For the sleeping. I found sleeping on my back can irritate my lower back more, even with knees up, because of my si joint dysfunction and the ql being angry just from that as it is. On my side, i noticed i had a rounded back. How can i make sure my back stays straight while sleeping? Could i wear a back brace that's not too tight, so it forces my back to stay straight while sleeping? Would a pillow behind my back help?
I started doing those stretches and felt instant relief The pain happened because i have been sitting in a cheap plastic chair that gets rounded at the back and the bottom the longer i sit in it I will stop sitting in that and stretch daily
I have mild Scheuermann's kyphosis. I find i have one segment of my spine that gets very sore. (Lower thoracic) I find sitting for long periods makes my back sore. I am 52, male and also have osteoporosis. In the past few years it has really affected my life negatively.
Do spinal decompression/therapy machines (where you lie in bed and a machine pulls you apart) provide a (temporary) relief for this stuck joints issue? I understand that preventatively avoiding the positions is more important, but I'm curious about whether such machines can replace the rotation/extension exercises to relieve the soreness.
