Wii remote bluetooth pin code FIX! dolphin emulator, windows 10, 2019 update, PC 

UPDATE: I have recently upgraded to dolphin 5.0 and they have fixed it. You should now just be able to turn continuous scanning on and connect remotes, assuming Bluetooth is already on and you have emulate the wii motes adapter on. If you are on earlier versions though still give this a try!

Thanks this was quick and easy 1 minute fix! Yes, the wii sensor bar. It works backwards compared to a tv remote. You need a source that emits out infrared lights. Space it out correctly and your good to go. The wii sensor bar works correctly, even if plugged into a wii or other power source. Interestinly, also candles emit infrared light, so this also works. 2 infrared lights also work.

When I would click join a personal area network it would take me back to the windows 11 Devices page. I found a work around by going to Device Manager opening Printer Properties, moving to the settings and clicking Device and Printers Folder. This led me to the page that is shown after you click join personal network area in the video. Awesome video!!

It wasn't working with the 1 and 2 button for me, so I tried the sync button and it worked like a charm! 😎Thank you so much!!!

I can confirm that I managed to connect a real remote to the PC, using Dolphin 5.0-19368 and an Asus USB BT400 bluetooth device. It wasn't as fast as shown in the video, but it was the only way I was able to connect after a lot of frustration with Windows and PIN codes. I confirm that the tip still works in 2023. Super thanks! I tried to pair wii mote with Dolphin 5 and encountered the "enter pin" problem. Following your method, it paired with Dolphin right at the first time.

Because MacOS Monterey broke some Bluetooth controller support, I can't connect my Wii Remote anymore. I downloaded MacOS Ventura and I still can't connect it. Do I have to downgrade to Big Sur?

Although this tutorial was not my problem, it still fully worked. TIPPS FOR EVERYONE: official nintendo controllers will 99.99% work all of the time, all of my custom controllers that are not from nintendo like never work. in dolphin, use continuous scanning.

My remote just infinitely blinks, without full connecting

I managed to connect my wiimote and shows up the Nintendo RV something on the bluetooth name but the wiimote just keeps on blinking like its stuck on pairing mode

Really work, really work, really work. Solve my problem. New version of Dolphin is not allowed to “refresh”, but click “Continue scanning” scan my Wii controller. All 1,2,3,4 Wii controller scanned.

for the one at 3:05 I tried doing something similar previously and all it is saying is "Try adding your Nintendo RVL-CNT-01 again, or check with the manufacturer for additional setup instructions." and I have no idea how to fix it, is there any way you could make a video on this?

Tested this method and it actually works, thanks! The only issue is that every time you switch the wii remote off and turn it back on, it doesn't automatically pair, to fix this, all you have to do is: in dolphin version 5's controller settings make sure "continues scanning" is always checked then after turning on wii remote, press and hold buttons 1 and 2 together for couple seconds, release the buttons and in about 10 seconds you will feel the control vibrate and it will be paired.

It worked with Dophin 5.0-8549!!!! I couldnt get it to work until I picked "Real Wii Remote" instead of "Emulated Wii Remote". Dude thanks!!! My next question is, the Dolphin Sensor bar is quite expensive, is there a alternative way to use my Wii controller?
