Wilbur street bridge Cranston R.I. flooded street 

This street and intersection floods. Every time there is a heavy rain quickly. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes for this to become 4 feet deep during a heavy rain. Trying to bring awareness to this area where more needs to be done.
Last year I had pushed a floating car out with help of others when an elderly couple drove into it from the opposite direction as this car and their windows were down, I was afraid they were going to sink.
On the lighter side, Teslas float, and their headlights stay on when submerged underwater.
