The Peak District is rather special and it has been a long time since I have explored the eastern side of the Dark Peak area, overlooking Sheffield. Tonight I find a lovely camp spot for a wild camp right by Ox Stones.

Hi Warren. Great start at the pub. Proper beer👌 Can't beat a good ale. Crazy busy road as you started. Lost visibility quickly but nice to see you got the tent up quickly. Nice feast 😁I'm a fan of old speckled hen, haven't had a hot chocolate for over 30 years though.😁 Try one again soon enough. Well done picking up someone else's cans. Hate how people do that.🤦🏻 Nice sky the next morning. Good camping vid. Nice watch.👍

Hi Warren, that was a great little camp out. A fabulous place for a couple of days hiking. Weather not so great though! You should always leave room for custard 😄

Hey, good to meet a friendly fellow on top just before pitching Warren-kind of sets the mood on a stormy night. Ha, the tent was your universe on this one for sure - as you said, 'no rush.' It's just settle down and cook curry with multiple flavors. Well, a fresh morning with what? People walking with bare feet. Good on him - my feet would have froze. An interesting time. All the best.
