So remain married in a terrible, abusive, unhappy unhealthy, relationship just so that one doesn't get the disapproval of the church and congregation by getting divorced.. Rather dishonest and hypocritical. Edit: Plus wouldn't that be sinning too 😂
In the World of Psychology, the top reasons for divorce are: money, sex, children and religion. The key is for a couple contemplating marriage to have a discussion BEFORE they take their vows! An important discussion, and agreements, around how money will be managed and used by both partners, a discussion about sex - likes, dislikes, when, how often, where, how. A discussion around how many children, if any, and how they will be parented by both mother and father is essential. Because people can come from different religious (or non-religious) backgrounds, it’s important to determine, and agree ahead of the marriage, what and how religion will play a role in the marriage relationship!
Never make women the top priority in life. Make your health, passion, career, hobbies, friends, relatives etc the top priority. Learn to live with or without women. Focus on yourself, work hard, make lot of money, have lot of fun. Stop Simping and Completely stop trying to please women. Life is too short to waste time and energy on women's emotional drama.
You left out sexless marriages - withholding of intimacy undermines everything else. Trust me - sexless marriages are contagious as well - Women encourage each other to adopt this choice.
Fabulous video, Matthew! I also appreciated your incorporating some encouragement and tips to inject positivity into a marriage, amidst the reasons you gave that men seek a divorce. Thank you, sir! 👍
I spend so much of my time with clients trying to help them to mend the relationship, even if just for the sake of the kids. Perhaps we can save a marriage or two along the way with some preventative maintenance.
Good points, but a huge reason not noted was stepfamilies, especially btw single moms and childless men, which result in a 70% divorce rate, with 60% of these marriages the stepfather filing for divorce. 70% of all marriages the wife files for divorce.
90% if the wife has a college degree. Women are governed by hypergamy, so the more education and better career a woman has, the more likely she will file for divorce, should a divorce happen.
