@@AlarisH It depends on how you define come back. Rarely do they come back and say hey I want to get back together although it certainly has happened. Sometimes they reach out in casual way and things go from there. Sometimes they reach out just out of curiosity and then dissappear again. I don't think I've ever gone no contact and had girls not get in touch with me again though if we've dated for longer than 3 months or so.

@@AlarisH also to add onto that, if you are still worrying if they will come back or not you are in no mindset to be talking to them. Get your own life together and then if they reach out you will be able to handle it in a better way. I've made that mistake too many times and I still make it.

I changed my phone number, blocked him from social media, unfollowed any one or anything that dealt with him. I do not ask about him but i receive unsolicited info of the many women he's with. Even a 28 yrs old girl! He's 40! It hurts and i get weak for awhile but pick myself up and keep going. I haven't allowed a man to come close to me because i value my vows. NC does work. Definitely. He realized he didn't have that control over me like he had before. Granted, I gave it to him. As of right now, we are both cool. Maybe even can call him a friend. When you go no contact, for a long time.....you start to get used to it. My ex went for so long without reaching out to me, so it made it easier to adjust. Longest I went till HE reached out was about 3 or 4 months. I ignored him for a while.....until he noticed I wasn't responding. Then he kept at it. Eventually, I responded.....and he responded in less than 5 mins lol
