6:55 *"Oh cabrón, the bullet don't go out.. because, look the cement...."* _The scientific reasoning for this is because the gun's barrel was placed in cement.... this is usually what happens..._
The bullet expanded the tip which made the concrete break in half, concrete is very good to withstand compression however it's not so strong against expansion, a few milimeters of expansion is enough to break it. There is your answer.
@@parkourandfreerunning4214 “Intrusive thoughts are unwanted thoughts that can pop into our heads without warning, at any time” not necessary disturbing thoughts but interesting none the less
@@CasualCasimir Sorry I didn't explain it well enough. "Intrusive thoughts are unwanted thoughts that can pop into our heads without warning, at any time. They're often repetitive - with the same kind of thought cropping up again and again - and they can be disturbing or even distressing." So fair enough, you were correct but with that explanation people will minimise intrusive thoughts and misunderstand it a bit, because with your explanation and logic, everyone is getting intrusive thoughts almost every second or minute. People generally never use the term intrusive thought unless they have some kind of mental disorder, anxiety or when they truly have unwanted repetitive thoughts. If you get what I mean. I myself have OCD and I can say it's killing me, and no OCD isn't always about being organised and clean, there are many types of OCD, and yeah it's true everyone will get intrusive thoughts, so you are correct
I realize that this video was uploaded two years ago, but if you want to preserve the concrete block, use an angle grinder with a diamond blade and cut as deep as you can on opposing sides, then hit with a hammer or wedge and hammer to split the concrete block along the lines you cut. You guys should have been standing behind thick plexiglass or something as a safety measure while filming, but otherwise this was a very entertaining video!
I can’t believe that the 500 was actually a workable pistol after all that. WOW. NEVER SEEN A PISTOL THAT COULD WITHSTAND SUCH TREATMENT AND SURVIVE Great pistol S&W. Gonna get one now.
6:14 Interesting how that revolver did so much a better job of splitting the concrete than those other guns. I wonder if it had anything to do with the projectile, or just mainly the gas pressure produced by the propellant that split the concrete apart?
6:22 imagine ur in a shoot out with a mafia bus and u find a peak whole in a concrete wall the exact same circumference as your pistols barrel and when you fire the entire wall shatters 💀💀💀
Good one! We're actually LESS advanced than they were in 1920. Better technology has led us to less intelligence and stagnation. No offense to the makers of this video.
Smith&Wesson would be smart to hook him up with a replacement barrel cause this was one of the best advertisements for their gun they could ever ask for
As a concrete finisher. I would recommend using a diamond blade saw to make stress cuts on either side of the gun and a couple hammer taps to break the rest of the way.
Would you recommend hammer taps inside the barrel as well? I would like to see a small and powerful enough hammer that fits in there properly and also leaves you enough room to tap it out of there.👀
Merry christmas para ustedes también cabron! Queremos tamalitos Gaspar jajaja y unas cahuamitas, i really enjoy all your work! U guys are funny asf and make my day with all ur funny stuff! 🔥♥️
@The Amphibian Yes, chisel around the block in a straight line. If done correctly it'll break in two halves. Although the block's a bit large for it to be two Perfect halves.😆
Guy on Smith & Wesson assembly line comes home from work, proud of a job well done building precision revolvers. He opens this video, and starts to cry.
I legitimately appreciate the gun safety awareness you show. Even with the chambers cleared and a stick going all the way through the barrel of that magnum, no way to have anything in it, you make a point to not aim it at the camera man. Mad respect.
When he points out that the magazine fed gun's aren't cycling all I can think is yeah....you cemented the slide in position as well. Still fun to watch.
That part was so funny I knew they wouldn't fire but the revolvers were cool. I can't believe he didn't think about the slide needing to move..goofy guys
@@user-yq1pw6ew4o the impact of the bullet hitting the concreate would dent the inner chambers of the gun which, if not repaired, would not shoot or load proporly
I think both semi autos went bang but since the pressure is totally contained you dont hear it. While the revolvers release some of the pressure via the cylinder gap and thats why you hear them go bang.
well I guess you're probably right about caring but it's also baisc firearm procedure. No matter the state of the gun, loaded or unloaded, it should never be pointed at something unless you intend to shoot that thing.
Just because he's announced the gun as clear, the camera guy hasn't cleared it for himself so he's asking him to trust the single clear and that he won't point it at him.
The magnum proves the fact that concrete is great under compression, not so great under tension. The PSI strength of concrete is only one way. This is why rebar is ubiquitous in concrete applications.
Theyre guns, personally i wouldnt consider them “nice things”, expensive sure but nice thing? No. A smart phone or an expensive camera or whatever, i’d consider them nice things. Imo anyway.
@Hunter Jensen well i suppose where i come from guns are pretty much prohibited so i dont see any... value in guns, certainly doesnt have much use and even if you can own guns there seems to be loads of laws and regulations that come with them.
